hope you celebrate in style!  we took my Mom/Dad out to eat and there were 3 other birthdays in the same area of the dining room...........great day I'd say   My Mom didn't want to toast to 77 more years though! 

I really like your message posted above! Here is another take on it: There can be nothing "of true worth" achieved, between the hands and the brain, unless the heart acts as mediator! At times it will "appear" otherwise, but have no doubt... the piper will be paid by the "Not so genious" after all, is said and done!

They should post this on the lab-coat of every "Medical Researcher!" And then "stop the use of exploiting Animals!

The message is from the movie, "Metropolis" from the late 1920s.  It's actually the introduction to the film.  Once in a while you can catch it on Turner Movie Classics.  I recommend it though it's a bit hard to watch unless you know what is going to happen beforehand.  Of course, I too like the message

I could not even watch "The Godfather!" I see enough 'gore' in real life magazine photos to make me cry! As an Animal Rights activist, I have seen "All The Worst" already, so now I "only read the articles" and how to help, but keep my eyes away from the photos! It is the "only" way, or one would have a Breakdown!"

Sounds "EXACTLY" like the "FACTORY FARMS" the "SUBHUMANS" use to raise so-called "FARM" animals, without the real "farm!"
