Hey, no talky? Lol well I'll talk to you later..
I'm sort of awake right now, but I could very easily go back to sleep. I think everything just caught up to me, well better sleep than being sick I suppose, sorry your not awake.
Silvertears, I just read your post, and I know "exactly" what they "put you through, as it happened to me, with my "Mother!" It took me many years to finally realize that "She was "JEALOUS" of the "Love that I had for my horse, my dog, my cat, even my bird, and thus, one by one, found other homes for them, always coming up with some lie, as to "Why they had to find new homes! Sometimes she was "sneaky" about it, giving them away when I was at "summer camp, or visiting my Father, out of town! I grew to "HATE" my Mother!
When I was older, I realized that "ALL she really "WANTED" was my LOVE! The "Animals" represented Competition, even though she herself loved animals!
I really believe that this may be the case, with you and your Father! TRY to LOVE him, in spite of whatever... (Unconditionally) and after you have succeeded in doing so, to the point that he is "Practically Glowing with your Warmth and Love, CONVINCE HIM that you will NOT STOP LOVING HIM, BUT YOU WILL LOVE HIM EVEN MORE, if he lets you have that horse that you adore, AND KEEP YOUR PROMISE, so that he will NOT try to "take the horse, or any other aniimal that you Love, away from you! And when you are older, like I am, you won't REGRET not giving your dad more love.
And remember, no parent is perfect!
Also, when he is "JOYFUL" that you are "LOVING" him... Plenty of "Real Hugs" (not the usual ones) Hold his hand, Comb his hair, then say to him... Please Daddy, don't "CRUSH" my dreams any more. If he gets a bit "uppity" by the remark, expect that, keep Loving him, and keep explaining to him that it "IS" what he has been doing. He will come around, as he will no longer be "FURIOUS" at you for not "DISPLAYING YOUR LOVE FOR HIM!
I realize that "I am guessing" that this is the "UNDERLYING" problem, but it is "SCREAMING" out to me, that it is, and that I "MUST "let you KNOW what I suspect the problem is!
One more thing that you mentioned... that you had no reason to "earn money" because everything is handed to you anyway... When you have your "OWN" money, it gives you "POWER" to control your own life!
Love~Shaunasea
