I nhave just started reading you the last two weeks but it sounds like you are going through an awful lot.
Don't punish yourself for not healing from grieving too quickly. It can come in waves for many people. I used to think I was very helpful helping others with their grief and i probably was but I had no idea how long it could take until my wife left me. The first year was fine but since then it has been hard. It is througgh friendshiops here for a year that I am finally starting to pull out of it.
