An Advance Summary!
...
Well, before I get into that, let's summarize the few details I've made clear in these pages.
I want to follow God and serve him with all of me, my life, and my afterlife. I slip up a lot. You'll read about it.
I'm a Christian. This figures largely in a lot of the things I have to say. I believe that the Bible is true, Christ is the Son of God, his death was our ransom - but beyond the big things, I have a lot of confusion in my relationship with him. This also figures largely in a lot of the things I have to say.
I'm the oldest of three sisters, and the interplay between us bring me joy, amusement, frustration, occasional worries, and once again, overwhelming joy. My life would be so very empty without these two.
I'm presently living at home, planning on going to another four-year college, but haven't yet concluded which one. I started college as a music-education major, and I'm pretty sure God's got something more specific and difficult for me. In my blog, I refer to it as "culinary arts," since it's common knowledge that this would not be the case.
My mom is brilliant, funny, sweet, witty, and genuinely cares about me. We lock horns a lot.
I work at a major shopping center, generally referred to as Mecc, short for 'shopping Mecca'.
I enjoy hanging out in the woods. Rather a lot. Oddly, my first-choice school is in our state capitol, so I'm nervous about how I'll deal there, and yet very nervous about not being accepted. Friends inform me that one is rarely accepted to one's first choice. This does not make me feel better.
I'm trying to figure a lot of things out. In this place, I am honest, and I say exactly what I think. I left the last partly because it had become me pandering to an audience. This is not about that anymore. This is just me. I'm not blocking anyone from coming in, though, and I welcome comments, as most bloggers do.
