Saxophire: Sax-o'-fire. DiJiT once commented on my playing that it was as though the spirit-fire was coming out of me through the sax. Admittedly, DiJiT has an interesting way of expressing himself, but it's a cool concept.

Phirefly: I love fireflies, and I like to try to carry a little light into places I go. Firefly has been my name at the camp where I've worked for the last two summers, and where I would work for the rest of my life if I could afford it.

Also, Saxophire seemed the best blending of the two terms - Saxophirefly is a little long. :)



To summarize the few details I've made clear in these pages;

I want to follow God and serve him with all of me, my life, and my afterlife. I slip up a lot. You'll read about it.

I'm a Christian. This figures largely in a lot of the things I have to say. I believe that the Bible is true, Christ is the Son of God, his death was our ransom - but beyond the big things, I have a lot of confusion in my relationship with him. This also figures largely in a lot of the things I have to say.

I'm the oldest of three sisters, and the interplay between us bring me joy, amusement, frustration, occasional worries, and once again, overwhelming joy. My life would be so very empty without these two.

I'm very thankful for a lot of things in my life, and sometimes they're pretty random. I find joy in a lot of random places in life.

My mom is brilliant, funny, sweet, witty, and genuinely cares about me. We lock horns sometimes.

I enjoy hanging out in the woods. Rather a lot. It's like getting back to letting your soul breathe again.

I have big dreams, but sometimes I'm not entirely certain how possible they are.



I'm trying to figure a lot of things out. I left the last partly because it had become me pandering to an audience.
