Hi Linda, Yes I live in Turkey, in Bornova. I am working here and like you enjoying the gorgeous winter weather! I visited your page, great pics! I would love to see turkey by bike, but so far only by car and airplane. I have been all over the country though and know the places you visited.

Where is Bornova? cant say i have heard of it, its great on the bike but every winter i keep saying ok its cold lets buy a car as well! been saying that for 4 years now and still hav'nt got one

Yeah its a bit cold here now but I am originally from Boston and Maine so nothing like back home. Bornova is a suburb of Izmir. What city is Dalaman next too? I looked on the map but didnt find it?????
Dalaman is a small town but is reknown for its airport, it is about one hours drive away from Marmaris, Fethiye is about 40mins, Dalyan is about 25mins, these are all tourist places that are on the map, all in Muğla.I think Izmir is about 3 and a half hours away from us, but dont quote me on that!! lol
Yes I know where you are now, can see it on my map. Why are you in Turkey? Are you married to a turk? Are you originally american? Not to many of living here, quite a bit different from the states. Do you work here? How long have you been here, haaa haa lots of questions but I am a curious cat!
