Flying into OMA weds. for a week.

I posted a pop quiz on my blog.  If it comes to the point where people who answer actually want a grade, would you mind grading their responses for me?  I am asking to eliminate the chance of bias.  You can post their grades on their wiki page.

Hmm, ok, I'll give it a shot. Hope I don't have to explain my grading, though.

My Name is Nicholas Wayne Kroeger.  Son of Dean Kroeger who was brother to Wayne.  Its interesting to see someone else's perspective of an individual, especially someone you never knew personally.  Your entry about Wayne probably gave me more information about him then I ever got from my family over 28 years.  Its not that they would not have shared, it always seemed impolite to ask.  I know the tragedy wounded them all deeply, and I am sure the pain was something that never left, so I never pressed the issue.  I wondered who my namesake was, what he was about.  So I wanted to thank you for your blog entry that gave me an insight to a member of my family that I never knew, but could see his imprint on those around me.

A wonderful surprise, Nicholas. Thank you for writing. I played Scrabble with Wayne once, maybe twice, at his home, but I don't think I ever met Dean. How did you come across my story about Wayne?

I happened to google his name, I am not sure why.  Bored at work I guess.  My parents live in the house in Sumner now, Dad would have been in Junior High when Wayne passed away.  My Aunt Sue Ann Kroeger is a professor at University of Arizona and Steve, Dad's older brother is in Sales in Colorado.  Grandpa and Grandma have passed away, so my parents are the only Kroeger's left in Sumner now.  

I've been quite busy, Professor, and unable to come by mindsay as much, but when I do I always enjoy your entries. I hope that you and your wife are well. I really loved her photography on the eclipse. Peace and love to you.
