Happy Birthday, Jim. I hope that this year is much better than the last =)

I spent some time reading your posts the other night...you write well and I found your insights to be thought inspiring and quite funny.  I hope to continue reading you...Are you working on a novel or publishable piece of writing of some kind?  If I remember correctly, you mentioned that in one of the posts...I would love to read some of what you have written...what topic(s) do you write about and in what sort of genre?  I am a very "aspiring" writer as well...I use the term "very" to indicate the level of aspiration being likely much higher than the level of talent, but hell, I keep pushing forward!  Anyhow, you seem to be an interesting man with a world perspective that I can appreciate...It's a hard life, all around, so be aware, that even if you are struggling a bit right now with personal relationships (soon to be ex-wife, children, etc...) you will come through it more inspired than before, even if owning a more scarred and bruised psyche.  Good luck to you, and nice "meeting" you...Tammy
