I didn't get to the Biltmore House. Did you?
Dear Jabberwocky,
Thank you for adding me to your "Friends list!" I have added you as well! Tell me about yourself.

Thank you for adding me to yours. Well, I'm a fat, bald newspaper columnist, a full-time student (history major at ECU), and house husband (till I finish school). I also like to write fiction and act in community theatre. Tell me about you.
I am a 'rather old eaglet!' Have lost a few of my little feathers too, over the years! I have been an Animal Rights/Welfare Activist for most of my life! I am married to a great guy named Michael, have two "Beautiful children," now also married, and a "Precious four month old Grandson!" He already "Loves Animals!"
Are you married also? I could not get a fix on how old you are either?

Holy Sweeeeeeeeeeeets! Love your Pooch! He looks as though he is "Very Philosophical!"
Didn't we talk once before? I think so, but I can't recall the topic, can you?

I honestly can't remember, but nothing's stopping us from talking now!
And thanks! I love my boy! His name is Travis Dog.
"Travis Dog!" I like that! Are you and he "Tavel'in men?" What is great is that 'when we travel now, so many hotels have opened their doors to our doggie companions!
We don't travel together yet. He actually lives with my in-laws in another town right now. Where I live there's a city ordinance that only allows two dogs
and we already had two before we rescued him.
and we already had two before we rescued him.You can always say that you are "just taking care of him for your inlaws!" (They were ill or something) ... Then if your neighbors ask, you can tell them the same thing! They (the dog police) can always check out your story with your in-laws, and they will support it! Most neighbors don't even "think about it" unless they are mean spirited! Unless your inlaws are "Really attached to him" by now. That was "Wonderful" of you to "Rescue" him! Was he just out on the road? ( that is how I came to rescue one of my crazy pooches! She was "Actually taking a nap" in the MIDDLE of a side road, near our home! I quickly picked her up, and put her inside our fenced yard!
Check out my blog archive and read entry # 10, "It's Time You Met Travis Dog." It tells the story of how we came together.
Jabberwocky, I have not the "slightest idea" of how to find a "Blog Archive!" I just tried, and got to skim through some of your writings! You "DO" know how to write!!! In fact, I should "take writing lessons from you" as I tend to use to many of these " " " quote marks to emphasize everything! It has become a "Style" now, so when I announced that I was going to quit the " " " I received so many notes from friends saying that "They liked it" and I should Keep it, along with my impromtu capitalizations, and sometimes improper spelling... I am often to tired to look up words, unless I am not just chit-chating, and need to write something solid!
Anyway, I do want to know how you and Travis met, and since I am new at computers, compared to the younger generation, won't you just tell me.
If you have the patience, you could also let me know how to look up a "Blog Archive" but don't bet that I can do it! Nature girl, yes, but Techi Genious, No! When I was younger, I was the "Top Swimmer" in my school! Thus the name Neptune! That, and I love to be close to the sea!

I haven't forgotten you, and I will tell you all about Travis Dog, probably this weekend. I've got a paper due tomorrow, and an exam to study for, so I'm about to tear out what little hair I have left right now!
You are a "Sweetheart" of a Man... I can tell! Thank you for letting me know! I "Know" how it can be at times, trying to get the "writing" down, especially with a time schedule like that.
I may go up to the mountains this weekend with my family to go kayaking, so if I do, I will answer you as soon as we return. Lol
