Hi sir,

I came accross your blog about your childhood predicaments with orthodontics and all that, and how it's effected you now as an adult. I think that it's honorable that you put it aside and used it as a strength. Life can at times be a construed connection of random events, and when these events seem to have hurt or changed us for 'life,' I know that one can feel angry. I too have had a love/hate relationship, excluding the love, with my orthodontist and the way he's chosen to go about his procedure. It's as if he wanted to push the boundaries of his capabilities with me. Using every trick in the book he knew. By the time he was finished (I'll be having my braces taken off in less than a month), my whole jaw area felt alien to me. TMD problems, ear problems, teeth clenching and grinding... it's a shame what these ortho's think they can accomplish. I feel he's done more harm than good.

Anyway, enough about myself. I felt compelled to leave a comment, not knowing really how often you check this site or your blog. Remember one thing. There will always be obstacles in life. There is no grand plan and you have to be ready for shit to hit the fan, so to speak. Use these issues that you've faced as fuel for getting to where you really need to get. Never let anything get in the way if your goals mate.
