Nope, it wasn't anything you did...I was just tightening up security a bit and forgot to upgrade your status. It will be repaired asap. 

Whew..thank you. I try so hard not to offend, but sometimes someone is sensitive to something and it happens. But I didn't want it to happen to you. That's why I always ask right away. Like to clear the air.
