Oh Dear Mark,
Your name keeps disapearing from my list of names, along with many other people, so then I need to keep "updating all of you" when I see you "peeping out from the Mindsay jungle!" Does this happen on your web page as well? It is very "upsetting" to me, because the people that I put on my friends list, think that I don't like them anymore... and that is the "farthest thing from the truth, as I certainly do like "All" of my friends, and would not "delete" them from my list unless they were abusive in some way. You have always been "one of the sweetest!" So welcome back!

Please "try to cheer up." We all have our "Cross to bear!" (Don't like that expression, as it comes from the realm of "Organized Religions" but I know that you get what I mean.

I have OCD! (Although I am completely in control of it,) I still struggle with it, sometimes for days at a time, trying to "erase it's grip on me. By now, I know how to do this... but it still takes it's toll on me both 'Emotionally, and Physically. I often feel like you... want to run away to a deserted island, for it is not easy being me... but then i realize that I would "still be me" even on a deserted island, so the best thing to do is to "appreciate all of the things that I do have going for me, and when I see that there are some (like severely crippled people) I feel more fortunate... but they too, have usually have "some things going for them, and probably would see other's difficulty as worse than their own... as they are used to "their own." On top of my OCD, (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) I have Social Anxiety! That keeps me "Alone" pretty much of the time as well, except for my husband, who spends most of his time reading.

Hi Mark-----I really like your new page!  You do great stuff.  Hope you and yours are happy and well this holiday season.  It has been too wet and muddy to do any therapeutic horsemanship lessons the past two Saturdays!  i miss it but we really needed the rain.

It's been cold and snowy hear. but then again I do live in Michigan.

We've gotten show here and there but not a whole lot.
