Backstreet Boys

As everyone knows, this is a Wiki Page dedicated to the Backstreet Boys. So, I just thought it would be good to post the general information about them personally and then musically (awards and such). If anyone has anything to add, go for it!


Kevin Scott Richardson was born on October 3rd, 1971 in Lexington, KY with his parents and two older brothers (Jerald, Jr. and Timothy). He taught himself to play the piano and wrote many songs, most were dedicated to his father after he passed away in 1990 due to colon cancer. He has now become an advocate along with Sharon Osbourne, pressing how important it is to get a yearly colonoscopy.

The Boys think of him as their older brother and second father. He pretends to complain, but he wouldn't have it any other way.


Howard Dwaine Dorough was born on August 22nd, 1974 in Orlando, FL into a full house with his three older sisters and brother. He learned how to play the guitar and other various instruments as he grew up. Suddenly, tragic event struck his family in 1998 when his older sister Caroline passed away from complications with Lupus. He has started a foundation in her name, raising money to find a cure.

He's known as the neutral one and peacekepper in the group.
