Weightlifting
I clicked on this link to find some information about weightlifting, but instead I found that the page hadn't been created. So this novice will start and everyone can feel more comfortable in following and adding content.
This female knows very little about weightlifting. I actually try to avoid heavy weights because I am naturally too muscular in my opinion. What do I have to offer? I'm a novice so not much. My husband annoys me with his weights lying about and a friend is a member of ?The Powerhouse Association?. He won some title. You will not find me talking about the different exercises to build your bi's or tone your lats, but I can contribute some knowledge on reducing the amount of pain from lactic acid buildup, reducing body fat before a competition, providing a very good protein supplement...as well as supplements to replace take ephedrine, maintaining healthy joints, etc. To learn about the natural way to effective weightlifting email tellurfriendz@yahoo.com You can also ask specific questions about weightlifting and my team of sources will get back to you.
In the meantime, I'll ask a question and I do expect the good, the bad, and the ugly for answers. With so many weight systems available now, which is the 'best', 'worst', and 'it's so-ok' that you have found? My husband has preferred over the years an elevatable bench, bent dumbell, and adjustable hand weights.
Of the band systems, what's everyone's favorite?
Don't be shy, I've already done the hardest part and created a page for us to work on.
