INFORMATION SOCIETY: A sizzling symphony of eccentric techno funk, electro-pop synth, industrial angst-spiked robot voices, infectious science-fiction TV show references, strange hair cuts, cardboard guitars, computer samples -- just a few things that has made this band the unique monster that it is. This is a band influenced by New Wave pioneers Kraftwerk and Gary Numan, and yet they sound like no one else. You may have heard of them yet are only now becoming more aware of their presence. THEY are a band who first took over your radio in 1988 with their hit song "Walking Away" and now, at the dawn of a new century, you may think they have only come back to finish what they started. In truth, INFORMATION SOCIETY has never really disappeared. Before you know it, you will be hooked again with new songs sure to become classics on every hacker's soundtrack.
