Is there a way to turn off comments on my blog?
Although you cannot turn off blog comments, you have the option to screen them. You can go into your Customize Design screen to find this option.
Can I block a user from reading my blog?
You can block a user by going to http://www.mindsay.com/blocked.mws. You can also get to this link from the Account Settings page.
Why don't I see a "nominate" link on my blog?
In an effort to be fair, you can't see the nominate link on your own blog. Rest assured that everyone else can see it. The nominate link expires at 12 midnight EST so every day's new blog entries get a chance.
How do I post pictures on my blog or on a wiki page?
You can post pictures on your blog or a wiki page by clicking the icon that looks like a photo of a mountain in the blog editor. (Click "edit page content" on a wiki to bring the editor up) Then a prompt will ask you for the URL of the picture. Enter the entire URL (ex; http://photobucket/user.name.jpg) You can host your pictures for free at sites such as Photobucket or Tinypic.

How do I suggest a new feature for MindSay?
The best way to suggest a new feature is to send feedback to the staff. Adam and Brian read all of the feedback and encourage you to share your ideas.You can also find a link at the very bottom of each page under "Inside Mindsay - Contact Us"
How do I rename plugins?
To modify plugins, you will find a link on the bottom of your screen Modify Plugins which will take you to the section for individually turning the various plugins on or off. On the top left of that page is a link titled, 'rename and reorder plugins', edit there. And for bookmarks a link saying 'configure' will take you to a page where you can add your own.
How do I change the look of my Mindsay Page?
- You have two simple ways to change the look. First, you can select from a pre-existing template. To select a pre-existing template click the "Blog" on the top of the page, then click "Pick Theme", then simply click "Preview" to see the theme and "Pick" to set it active. Note: If you click on the thumbnail of the theme it will change your theme. There are many themes to choose from, appealing to many interests. There are also "plain" blog templates if you'd prefer an unadorned blog.
- To make changes to your existing theme click "Blog" on the top of the page, then click "Customize Design". There several elements of your mindsay blog page can be customized, such as background colour or image, adding a header image, turning borders - on or off, etc.
(Don't be shy! Try your hand by playing with the settings - you'll never know till you try!)

We know this will be a busy page that many will refer to and our hope is to build in the details that will help us all produce a blog or wiki space that's appealing & interesting. Having some fun in the process is an added bonus.
We are currently arranging a group to see if we can put our findings together in an intelligible manual for basic blog page and MindSay Page designs and programming issues that may be of interest.
