So, I think it may be true what they say about youth being wasted on the young. We're too worried about growing up to enjoy the time we have as little kids to big kids, big kids to pre-teens, pre-teens to teenagers. Where the hell does all that time go? Seriously, sometimes I hate being a teenager, but I'm in no hurry to grow up. Being a kid is hard but I'm not ready to give up my youth. I don't want to be a 22 year old sitting at the kitchen table going "Where the hell did the time go? Where did my childhood go? What the fuck did I waste it on?" I don't want to be that person, so I'm definitely trying to savor my youth. I'm just kicking back, and having fun, one day at a time. Best way to do it if you ask me. I'm having fun, this summer is fucking B-E-A-utiful so far. It's great fun.

So I was in Boulsburg at Tiff's and decided to give Frank a call, well he was with Kevin, Dan, and AJ, so I decided to go chill out with them for a bit, since Tiff was crashing out anyway. It was good fun, a lot of laughs, and I was really happy because I got to see Frank and Kevin, two people I never get to see, so I was fucking excited when they asked if I wanted to hang out. Well we chilled out at Blue Springs Park and sat around and then decided to go back to Kevin's basement and chill. We did, Frank, AJ, and Dan got bored, so they left, and Kevin and I decided to chill out for a bit. Around three, I walked back to Tiff's and got on the computer. Well then, Frank called me back and wanted to see if I wanted to hang out again, so I did. Silly little ho. And it was fun for all. All meaning Frank, AJ, Dan and I. Kevin probably passed out after I left, but no big. I'll see him again, that silly little bitch. Haha, I'm mean.

I'm going to Hershey Park with Tiffany today, and just chillin out around there. Hopefully not die of a heart attack on roller coasters. Or get queasy. I get motion sickness pretty badly, so the ride there should be a pain in the ass, the roller coasters should be a pain in the ass, and I'll love it. Hahaha, well I've got an hour to kill, nothing more to write about, and that freaking bothers me, lol.

My brother is astounded by the luck that I have been having lately.  My mom told me today that he had said yesterday that only I could be completely obsessed with Relient K and have all these amazing experiences handed to me.  The evidence goes a little like this:

1)I was able to go to Phoenix to see them.  In the middle of February.  When I left it was a blizzard out.  And not only did I get to see RK, I also got to spend a week in the desert with one of my favourite cousins. 

2)I got to go to the Warper Tour this past summer in Calgary and I met the band.  In all honesty, I almost puked on Dave due to the fact that I was suffering from dehydration, heat stroke, and the flu.  To add on to the misery of that, I didn't have my camera. :(  But still, I got to meet them.

3)On November 21, 2005, my friend Hallie did something awesome for me.  She used her phone to have one of my personal heroes (who just happens to be in the band) to call me.  I don't think that I will ever forget that night.

4)One of my friends deals with collectibles and he has a bunch of handwritten lyrics for me.  For free.  Just because he knows how much I love these guys.  I love my friends. :)

5)I work in an HMV therefore I am surrounded my music all day long.  Outside of my store, we have a stage.  It is being arranged so that on Feb 22, my store will be hosting an autograph session for the band.  And I get to sell their cd next to the stage.  Yay!  I will be working next to my favourite group of guys on the planet and then that night, I get to see their concert.  I only need a shout out in a tour journal entry and everything possible will have happened regarding me and RK.  This is completely ridiculous.'

It amuses me to no end that all of these things just fall into my lap.  Yay for that happening.  It's always nice when things actually work out for you.
