Working Out @ MindSay

Makes you feel so damn good!! just got done with a nice good hard work out. I have gone back to lifting slightly lighter weights and going for higher reps again. I just feel as though I get a better work out then doing the High weight low rep style. I need to get running back into my set up though. I have not gone running for a way to long of time. Well I need to get going if I am going to get some chow before it closes. TtyaLater!

I have returned to the gym after a month long break. I never realised how much I missed my two hours of 'Music and Me' time. The Snap Fitness here doesn't seem nearly as busy as the one in Rapids did, so maybe I won't have to do my super early or super late workouts anymore. OMG was going to the gym great. I am so gonna be sore, but it is so worth it.

I don't know if you've looked around...recently.

 

Being 24 around town isn't quite the field trip.

Food isn't really a friend.

 

Being thin is somehow an answer. To what I don't quite know.

I have explored this field of skinny since 2003.

Pinching my arms and holding onto my hips has felt like some kind of Christmas.

You could hate me, universally, but I'm not sure that would do...

 

I've scavenged my way through trails of diets. Diets are supposed to be a quiet language, a path to failure. Diets don't work because you gain it back.

 

You have two choices, really. I shouldn't have to name them.

 

As long as there is TV, as long as there is radio and as long as there is a circumference...

food will be the enemy. Beauty will starve and self-wealth will pay.

 

All I'm saying is you can lose so easily, it's easy to forget how wrong it is to win...

haha just decided to call this blog rawr for some reason..today is one of those days when im very random. In fact i recently got a myspace (despite what i have previously said a few months ago:P) and my screan name is KristalMOO lol:P all day ive been saying that. And today in englsih i did doodles and there was a duck my friend doodled and i crossed out quack and put moo:P ahaha well thats the exciting life part of the life of Kristal, lets get into soem a little less weird and nut-case-like:)

 

Anyways one of the good things going on is that one of my friends said (one again) that there are going to quit doing pot, and smoking and all that stuff. He has said soem stuff in the past but this time i think he really means it. I can tell the determination that he has this time and he told me he thought about this for a longg time the other night about things i had told him. So im glad im helping:D

 

Anyways on a mre sad note i mentioned in my last blog that i worked out with my bro last night. Well i didnt get to the deatails. After me and him finished the wokout i went downstairs with him to get protein shakes (ha were not exactly supposed to put ice cream in them put its still pretty good for you despite the ice cream) and my moms like "yea u need to work on your stomach and butt you know"  Wowwwwww...then my dad said to me "o so your just working out to get a milkshake huh?"   WOWWWWW once again!! How can my parents be like this??!!! My mom just basically called me fat and my dad just basically said i only do things for candy. Come on now, im 5'0, about 100 pounds, and still in 14 in kids size pants for gods sake!!! IM NOT FAT!!!!!!! arg..and i still do more excersie in a day than they do in a week. Arg..im not to angry about it now but wow last night i was PISSED  just though i mite mention that to ya...

A gym in the Netherlands had its first "Naked Sunday" yesterday.  On Sundays, gym members can work out in the buff, provided that they put a towel underneath them while on the equipment.

Personally, I wouldn't want to work out naked.  I wouldn't want to be naked in public, period!
