but seriously, my girlfriend is awesome. She just left, and I mean I seriously could not ask or want anyone better. She insists on paying for everything, she LOVES having sex with me, she always sends me thoughtful text messages throughout the day, and when she's on her way over here she'll pick me up stuff sometimes. When she came over tonight she brought me some Hershey's candy cane kisses <3
I couldn't wait any longer and gave her the presents I bought. I got her this green and white Vans shirt, these cool tattoo ed hardy-esque skull plugs (her ears are gauged), and some little white gold hoops with a CZ on each for her cartilage piercing on her ear. Her eyes lit up and she hugged me real tight saying "you listened!". she said that because I tend to forget things A LOT.
She's picking me up tomorrow to take me to the train. I'll be on my way to seeing my mother. I really wish my mom did not hate homos so I could come out to her, but I just don't see that happening :( but hopefully one day she'll come around.
anyhoo I'd rather end this on a positive note. I am excited to start the new school semester. New semester, new girlfriend, new lease on life. I know I can make all of them shine and empower me if I put my mind to it.

1 Year: The Anniversary
So yeah. Yesterday was the one year anniversary since me and Mena started dating. I'm a tad late in writing this, but I've had other things on my mind today. Anyways, that's a story for another time...maybe tomorrow.
Fun was had, as I'm sure you could imagine. After I'd met her at the train station (running a little late, due to speed restrictions, caused by the oh-so-hot weather), we made our way to the bowling alley. On the way there, we walked past a bloke, who said something along the lines of "You talk a lot, dontcha?"..I think it was aimed at me, cos I was obviously chatting with Mena, but to be honest I didn't exactly hear what was said, so I disregarded it.
As I'm sure you could imagine, when at the bowling alley, we played a few games of bowling. If you didn't..you may as well give up here, because it doesn't anymore obvious than that :P I'd booked for an hour, and that's what we got. In the past, I knew that your "prepaid limit", as it's called on the scorecard telly thing, ended at the end of that game. Well, we were halfway through our fourth, and it cut us off, so despite me winning it (at that moment in time anyway), we called it a draw. Of the other three games, I won the first and second game, and Mena won the third. The first game was pretty low scoring (it took Mena two and a half turns to actually knock any pins over, though in fairness I wasn't much better), so for the second, third and fourth games, we had the barriers up ^_^
Despite this, Mena still found it possible to play a gutter ball, which I thought was practically impossible, at least, I did prior to yesterday. What happened was..as she went to bowl the ball, it slipped/dropped out of her hand, and rolled on it's merry little way down to the pins, bouncing off the barriers once or twice. As it got to the pins, it took another bounce off of a barrier, and then rolled parallel to the pins, and into the rear of the gutter, thus hitting a grand total of ZERO. We both found it hilarious, and it was probably to Mena's benefit that we were the only ones bowling at the time this occured. Whether any of the staff saw it though..I dunno. Regardless, it was funny, and one of those things where, no matter how hard you try, you'll probably never do it again.
(Just to note: My right arm now hurts a lot, in various places. This is obviously because I suck at bowling. Places of note are my thumb, my wrist [a little], and near my elbow. I actually think my thumb's got a bit swollen, and might bruise a tad.)
Well, anyways, moving on. After we'd finished, we had to brave the heat again to make our merry way back home, so I could give Mena her present and card. I feel rather outdone to be honest, because even though I managed to find a card which actually said "Girlfriend" as well as "Anniversary", Mena bought me a Forever Friends one which has glitter on it. It's now my promise to the world that, next year, for our 2 Year anniversary, I have to get a better one. But probably not glittery. I'd just get that everywhere.

It's a White Gold pendant and chain, and the stones on the ribbony bit in the middle are Cubic Zirconium, apparently. It's smaller than it looks though, and the actual heart is rather thin. Still, it is nice, and Mena loved it, so..I'm happy with my choice there. AND(!!!), I made the choice all by myself. Well..I asked Sally, a friend of mine (not my dog), what she thought of it, but I'd seen it on the website before asking.
And below is the ring that Mena bought me (which I'm also currently wearing ^_^):
As you can probably gather from the picture, the ring's Titanium :P There's some satin as well, somewhere. Least that's what the item description says. I had to choose this as well, which kinda took the element of surprise away (I didn't tell Mena what I'd bought her, you see..well, I did say it was a white gold necklace with a pendant, so I suppose I did), but regardless, it was still nice to see it. Fits like a charm as well, which can't be bad. And, as I said earlier, I got outdone by the card :P
After that, we snuggled up in bed for a bit, which was a mistake because of the weather. On the bed might not have been so bad..but in it..definately a no-no. Kids, bear that in mind. If you ever want to cuddle up in bed on a hot day, DON'T!
Moving on, we didn't do an awful lot else. As I said previously, we spent an hour at the bowling alley, if not a bit longer, and must've had about half an hour's worth of wandering from the train station to the bowling alley, and then from the bowling alley back home. So, I made us some dinner (crumpets and crisp sandwiches..yummy! :D), and we cuddled up in the living room to watch The Ring Two. We would've watched it in my room, but it was quicker to just pop the telly on downstairs and watch it there :P
And that was pretty much it. Mena's train home was delayed, though I don't know why. Speed restrictions were still in place, but there was a train that was heading to London Kings Cross which hadn't arrived yet, and it was due in at 12:46pm that afternoon. It was still on the departures board when we arrived there at 5:50pm, so whether it was a technical error or whether the train was actually late in arriving, I don't know.
The final point of note is, whilst we were at the train station, we were cuddled up and chatting, just waiting for time to pass, when some bloke in uniform, who I can only assume was in the Army, walked behind us back to his car, and said "Get a room, why don't ya?"
How. Fucking. Rude. Mena made a snide comment about the fact that he probably wasn't getting any, unless he was gay, so I had to remind her that she was on about the Navy stereotype, and not the Army one :P Under our breaths, obviously. His car wasn't that far away, and to be honest I could've done without the violence :P Still, it was very rude, especially as all we were doing was cuddling up. Not like the kinda 16-year-olds you'd probably find pushed up in a corner of a bus-stop basically trying to fuck each other and not caring who knew it. Bastard.
OK, I'm done. I'll focus on my personal life some more tomorrow, no doubt. I gots a job application to talk about, yay :D

Yet another annoying question ...
... that somehow I doubt will get an answer. Ok, so my questions is, with a white gold rope chain, would you wear stearling silver pendants, or would you want to wear a white gold pendant ?
Second question , does anyone know where to get a white gold skull, or a stainless steel one , or maybe something you can put on sterling silver that will keep it from turning black ?

I worked 730 - 4 pm today. It was an uneventful day. Nothing out of the usual happened. Came home , took my father to the lancaster moose. Stopped at eastern hills mall on the way home, only to find that it had been taken over by ankle bitter's and there parents. Some trick or treat thing in the mall. Left ! ASAP , came home. Ordered dinner , witch for me was a steak and cheese sub. With are awsome ! Now, here I sit , watching Nextel cup final pratice on the speed channel.

I worked 730 - 130 , came home, ate dinner . Watched some TV , and played my video game. Went to the mall. Where I bought a white gold rope chain. Not sure if I'll actually wear it or not. Seems sort of weak, now that I have had a chance to study it up close, here. Would you wear a white gold rope chain , with silver pendants ? Next to the big stainless steel rolo chain , that I never take off ?
Normal day at work. (no the cute young woman that I have my eye on wasn't there again) As you should know by now, I am the stores "do this" bitch. Today besides from doing my normal work. I had to clean up a mess in the store , organize a back room , oh , and spread multch.
What's going on now ? Sitting here , watching crappy TV , cause there is nothing on , on thursday nights , since they moved smackdown to friday nights. Not really in the mood to play video games, or at least not at the moment. Oh, and no one is online that talks to me.
