A lean and athletic physique! We recently conducted an online survey in order to discover what type of physique people really want to achieve and find most attractive. We asked men and women what their ideal physique would be and also what physique type they find most desirable in the opposite sex. Here's what the results of our ULTIMATE Body Survey revealed!


LADIES... 93.5% of the women we surveyed said that they wanted to develop a lean and sexy athletic physique. Only 4.9% indicated that they wanted to develop a skinny body and the other 1.6% indicated that they would like to develop a muscular body builder type physique. And... 92.9% of the males we surveyed said they find the lean and sexy athletic look much more attractive in a female than any other type of physique.


GUYS... 82.1% of the men we surveyed said that they wanted to develop a lean and muscular athletic physique. Only 3.6% indicated that they wanted to develop a skinny body and the other 14.3% indicated that they would like to develop a big and bulky body builder type physique. And... 88.7% of the females we surveyed said they find the lean and muscular athletic look much more attractive in a male than any other type of physique.


The 'RESULTS' of the ULTIMATE body survey speaks volumes. It's clear that the majority of people would prefer the lean look of an athlete, and not only that, but it's also the look most people seem to find most attractive in the opposite sex. If LEAN and ATHLETIC is what people want, then why on earth are the majority of people still eating like a fat person and training like bodybuilders???

I just want to say a big thanks for the ABS. I have been following the program since January and the results have been amazing. When I weighed myself early January....I was close to 90kg and wasn't too pleased with my physique. Now, just 3 months on, I am just under 84kg through a combination of changing my diet and adopting the ABS program.



I have decided to challenge myself further and have entered for the 2009 Universe Weekend in Miami June 18-21 June 2009 and although some of the other competitors look quite intimidating, with your help and advice I am sure I can take them on. lol



This photo was taken about two weeks ago but I still have some way to go yet before I achieve the kind of physique I really want. At 35yrs I am also ready and determined to push myself to the next level.
I now think and train like an athlete though it sure has been pain sometimes. lol

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.
Another lazy Monday.

I found out I had lost six pounds, that means that I am now underweight. Huzzahh! I don't know how I did it, I haven't smoked lately..maybe the lack of smoking is making me lose weight. That doesn't make sense though. I've felt ill lately so I guess that has something to do with it.

This living situation is getting on my nerves, I kind of want to move out now. The house is nice but my step-sister is like the laziest person in the world. Leaving cereal on the ground, clothes in the bathroom, snotty tissue everywhere,  dirty plates everywhere, etc etc. I'm a neat freak so "little" things like that are like x10000 in my mind. I want to just grab her by the shoulders and shake her and be like "WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?!".

She's 12 and supposedly super sensitive so I'm sure if I did that I'd never hear the end of it. My dad has no backbone on the step-family issue. They are all relatively dysfunctional, my step-brother has taken my dads car joyriding a couple of times but he just puts on his angry face and doesn't say a word. This is the same guy who used to shout such vulgarity at me if I accidently break something. Maybe he has become a big softie since we moved out here or he doesn't want to offend the new family.

I've just cleaned up the kitchen three hours ago, washed dishes, mopped the floor etc etc. I just now went back in there and there's two empty cereal boxes on the table and the sink is full of dishes. The odd part is that me and my step-sister are the only ones in the house.... How does someone go through seven dishes and two pots in three hours? Mind you, we have pizza leftover from last night...

Healthy Way of Life for Improved Health

    • Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any bothersome Reductil side effects.

Tests on Reductil sibutramine

Reductil sibutramine is proven to be a safe and effective weight-loss drug in the numerous clinical trials that were conducted before the drug was approved for use. When used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and proper physical activity, about 77 percent of patients achieved weight loss that benefited their health.

Eleven double-blind, placebo-controlled obesity trials were conducted on weight loss using Reductil. Study length varied from 12 to 52 weeks and doses ranged from 1 to 30 mg once daily. Weight was significantly lowered when doses varied from 5-20mg in Reductil treated patients as opposed to those treated with a placebo.
