If every morning I have to get up, reset my IP address, reset my modem, and restart everything twice before I can get on the net I am going to be pretty upset. Yesterday and today I have had the issue where my ip address range changed from 192 to 165 automagically. I don't appreciate it. Yesterday I called and got all the info I needed to fix the problem more efficiently, thus I am on the net today without having to call them twice to get help. Yesterday I called twice because they hung up on the me the first time. *sigh* Verizon needs to get on the ball. Me and my friend Marisa both have Verizon and she has more problems with them than I do. Nonetheless, Verizon if you are reading this :
