Vacation Week @ MindSay
I informed the assistant manager that I would be returning on the 11th and that if they wished to have any cleaning done that they would have to do it themselves. At this she was adamant that I was incorrect and that my boss would appear to save the day, despite my boss already informing me that no cover is now provided for single site contracts. Well if she doesn't want to know the worse of she is and the store. Though it does mean my job will be that much harder upon my return. Oh well! I'm on holiday now.
Though it is not much of a holiday considering that I will be studying for my degree but I think that it is a small price to pay when you consider the following dream scenario I have planned out.
1) Gain BSc in Biomedical Science in 2 weeks time.
2) Train in crime scene science for the next 3-5 years.
3) Gain green card.
4) Work my way up the grades to level 3.
5) Earn $100,000 a year! :)
Does not sound bad to me at all.
Now if you excuse me I have a date with two old essays on depression and schizophrenia that are just calling out for my attention.
Long days and pleasant nights.

Well today I had a soccer game. I saw Kelsey Yocum and Sean Henesy there. OMG! Sean broke his arm. And we had to stop playing for about 10-15. I felt so bad. *tear* Uhh... we won. I almost got a shot or 2 in. But with me. Im slow and I couldnt get the ball to the net fast enough. Ohh well.
I also went to this picnic. It was okay. Kinda boring. But I managed.
James. You have to call me because I wanna hang out one day. Maybe like Tuesday or Thursday? Cause Im going on vacation next week, and I wanna hang out before I leave. Ohh well. So if you can, just give me a call. Or just call me because I just wanna talk because Im bored at home
Yeah. So Im going on vacation next week. Then when I get home its time for school. But that also means that the West End Fair is comming up, which is flippin awsome, because I get to hang out with cool people Hah.
Well, thats's it. Talk to you all later.
♥ buh bye!!
Just got back from a two-week vacation to NY.
It started with a three-day-stay at Washington, DC. I think it was around a 1000 mile drive to Maryland where we stayed at my cousins house. From our stay in Maryland we drove about 35 miles every morning followed by a 50 minute ride on the Metro. Everyday seemed to grow hotter and hotter, reaching a temperature of about 100 degrees, but it was good.
After all this we drove another 500 or 600 miles to Long Island, New York. We stayed in Mt. Saini, near Port Jeferson, about 35 miles from the coast. There we went to a few parties with cousins and family, and just hung out, but we were always doing something. One of the days we went on a sail-boat ride. Every one of the days we went out to fancy resteraunts. Another one of those days we went into New York City.
We got into NYC from Long Island by an hour and a half train ride, and spent most of the morning on the Empire State Builing. After that we ate, and took a cab to the Statin Island Ferry. The cab drivers there are so crazy, its awesome. We went to ground zero also, that was pretty amazing. We also did a whole days worth of stuff in between that and ended it all with dinner at Chinatown.
After NYC we drove another 600 miles to Sandusky, Ohio, where we stayed at a hotel and prepared for a big day. We went to Cedar Point, one of the biggest amusement parks in the world. I've always liked rollar-coasters, so this was nice after spending the day in the car on my birthday :-P. I guess I went on what they said was the tallest and fastest rollercoaster in the world, that was pretty wild.
After it all, today, I spend the whole day in the car driving another 600 miles. So glad to be home. Now, here I am typing up my vacation story and most of you have probably got bored and stoped reading by now. But those of you who are, I'm almost done. It's so hot in my house since the AC hasn't been on in two weeks and I'm getting tired so I'm gonna head to bed. Just thought I'd type out my two-week story for someone to read. Goodnight now.
