Let me set it up for you. UCLA had a 2-point lead with just seconds left. Texas A&M had a chance to tie or take a 1-point lead. Sloan drove into the lane for the Aggies. He apparently had his shot blocked to end the game. Take a look at these two pictures.
I was kinda pulling for UCLA last night (mainly because Florida won the tourney last year). UCLA lost, but I'm ok with it. Honestly, I think Florida's a great team...quite possibly the best in the nation. For them not to be in the finals again this year wouldn't have been right.
The Kansas Jayhawks lost to the UCLA Bruins in the West Regional final yesterday. KU was plagued by a high number of turnovers and missed inside shots in the 68-55 loss. The good news is that KU had no seniors on the team so everyone should be back unless someone decides to go pro. Julian Wright has already said that he will be back for his junior year. I think the only question mark will be Brandon Rush.
