Is This Just The Beginning of Global Tyranny?
How many of you guys know that there are already more than 345,000 “FULLY ARMED” foreign troops stationed within the borders of the Continental United States?

Military To Work With FEMA During Swine Flu Pandemic
CNN report stokes fears of martial law, mandatory vaccination program
By Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet | According to a CNN report, the military will assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant swine flu outbreak in the U.S. this fall, stoking fears that the pandemic, which has claimed relatively few lives so far, will be used as an excuse to implement martial law and a mandatory vaccination program.
“The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There is no final decision on how the military effort would be manned, but one source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military,” states the report.
The proposal, which was drawn up by U.S. Northern Command’s Gen. Victor Renuart, is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates. The first step would be to sign an “execution order” which would authorize the military to begin detailed planning on how to implement the proposal, before actual orders to deploy military personnel are given.
The amount of troops required or whether they would come from the active duty or the National Guard and Reserve forces has not yet been determined.
Northcom has been preparing for mass flu pandemics for years and indeed, Gen. Victor Renuart spoke of the threat of a flu pandemic emerging out of Mexico just weeks before it actually happened.
[That one statement is what got me to reading some of the other stuff on this site.]
Testifying back in March, Renuart said Northcom would provide “assistance in support of civil authorities” during an epidemic, adding “when requested and approved by the Secretary of Defense or directed by the President, federal military forces will contribute to federal support.” However, Renuart then added, “USNorthCom does not wait for that call to action.”
“Because Mexico is our neighbor and disasters do not respect national boundaries, we are focused on developing and improving procedures to respond to potentially catastrophic events such as pandemic influenza outbreak, mass exposure to dangerous chemicals and materials, and natural disasters,” he testified.
Northcom was only relatively recently assigned its own fighting unit – the Army’s 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team, which had been fighting in Iraq for five years before that. As we have previously reported, the Armed Forces Press Service has initiated a propaganda campaign designed to convince the American people that deploying the 3rd Infantry Division in the United States in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act is a good thing, with images of soldiers from the brigade helping in “humanitarian” rescue missions, such as car wrecks. This is all designed to condition Americans to accept troops on the streets and highways as a part of everyday life.
The assignment of the 1st Brigade Combat Team to Northcom alarmed the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). “This is a radical departure from separation of civilian law enforcement and military authority and could, quite possibly, represent a violation of law,” said Mike German, ACLU national security policy counsel.
The news that troops are being prepared to work with FEMA in the event of a swine flu pandemic will increase fears that the government is preparing to enforce a mandatory vaccination program – at gunpoint if necessary.
State health authorities have already confirmed that if the government were to announce a mandatory vaccination program, then there would be no exemptions whatsoever and the program could be carried out with the use of force if necessary.
As reported by CNS News earlier this month, a health-care reform bill approved by the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee called The Affordable Health Choices Act, will fund the creation of state “intervention” teams that will carry out home visits in order to check that both children and adults have been vaccinated and also provide “provision of immunizations”.
“Home visits? What exactly is the state going to do when it sends people to “implement interventions” in private homes designed “to improve immunization coverage of children”? asks the CNS report.
There can be little doubt that many Americans will call upon their second amendment rights and resort to using force to protect themselves and their children if the government attempts to forcibly impose a mass vaccination program. This is why the assistance of military personnel may be necessary to subdue potential resistors in the event of mandatory quarantines and inoculations.
The last time the the national guard and military worked with FEMA and local law enforcement on a large scale in the United States was during Hurricane Katrina, when they aided in the confiscation of privately owned firearms of citizens, even those who lived in the high and dry areas and were unaffected by the hurricane.

Alabama County May Call In Troops To Perform Law Enforcement Duties
Another reflection of America’s decline into a Soviet-style militarized police state
By Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet | The implementation on martial law in America advanced a step further yesterday when the sheriff of Alabama’s most populous county said he would probably have to bring in National Guard troops to perform law enforcement duties due to budget cuts.
Plans to slash $4.1 million from the budget of Sheriff Mike Hale by Jefferson County commissioners in order to head off a municipal bankruptcy filing were approved by Circuit Judge Joseph L. Boohaker.
“A spokesman for Hale, Randy Christian, said the sheriff told Riley after the ruling that state assistance may be needed to perform basic law enforcement tasks once the department’s current funding is exhausted in early September,” reports the Associated Press.
“We will certainly be looking at calling in the National Guard,” said Christian.
Jefferson County has 640,000 residents and includes the state’s largest city, Birmingham.
Moves to replace traditional law enforcement with National Guard troops have been replicated in other parts of the country, including in Schenectady New York, where budgetary constraints were not even cited as a reason for the changeover.
After a handful of police officers were accused of assaulting citizens, Mayor Brian Stratton proposed declaring martial law and replacing the city’s entire roster of cops with National Guardsmen.
“It may be that as a stopgap measure, that you would need military forces – State Police, National Guard.” the Mayor said.
The use of military assets in civilian law enforcement is still illegal under Posse Comitatus, unless a clear state of emergency exists. The misbehavior of a few cops or the inability of a Sheriff to manage a budget cut does not constitute a state of emergency.
In this context, without the justification of an existing crisis that mandates National Guard intervention, the threat to replace police officers with troops on a whim is a sad reflection of how America is turning into a Soviet style military police state, as law enforcement increasingly shifts over to Homeland Security and Northcom controlled military assets.

Maly Trostinets is a village in Eastern Belorussia some 12 kilometres East of Minsk, where the Nazis established a camp. The site chosen was a former collective farm. Russian prisoners of war and Jews were forced to build the barracks for the six hundred slave labourers and their guards.
The camp initially held Soviet prisoners of war that were captured after the German advance on the Soviet Union, which began on June 22, 1941, known as Operation Barbarossa. But it became a Vernichtungslager, or an extermination camp, on May 10, 1942, when the first transport of Jews arrived there, from Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Austria, and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.
However, the primary purpose of the extermination camp was the eradication of the Jewish population of Minsk and the surrounding areas, such as the adjacent village of Bolshoi Trostinets. Jews were killed by means of mobile gas chambers between the 28 July 1942 and 31 July 1942, and subsequently on the 21 October 1943.
However, many were even killed before reaching the camp, as they were brought to the nearby Blagovshchina and Shashkovka Forests, where they were shot in the back of the neck. Most of the victims were lined up in front of large pits and shot. Tractors then flattened the pits out. The prisoners in the camp were forced to sort through the victims’ possessions and maintain the camp.
The killing routine at Maly Trostinets:
Beginning on the 10 May 1942 and continuing every Tuesday and Friday Jews were brought to Minsk from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, Austria, Germany and driven by truck towards Maly Trostinets. Some of the trucks were gas vans, and after they had been gassed a sonderkommando took them out of the gas vans and threw them into deep pits.
One such transport destined for Maly Trostinets was from Theresienstadt in Bohemia Moravia. On the 4 August 1942 a train with a thousand Jews left the Theresienstadt camp. Six days later it reached Maly Trostinets where it stopped in open country.
Forty “experts” were removed from the train at Minsk. The remaining 960 deportees were ordered out of the train and into vans for the next stage of their journey, and were driven off towards the Blagovschchina forest. The vans were gas vans, once they reached the forest the doors were unlocked and the bodies of the gassed deportees were thrown into open graves.

Of a thousand Jews sent from Theresienstadt to Maly Trostinets in a further deportation on the 25 August 1942 only twenty-two of the younger men were taken to work at an SS farm. The rest entered the gas vans and were murdered.
Of the twenty-two men sent to the SS farm, only two survived the hard labour and brutal treatment of their overseers and escaped in May 1943 to join the partisans. One was killed fighting the Germans and one survived the war, but his name is not known.
On the 23 September 1942 2,004 Jews were deported from Theresienstadt, to Maly Trostinets, there were no survivors. Three days later on the 26 September a further two thousand were deported from Theresienstadt and this was repeated and another two thousand were sent to Maly Trostinets.

At a time when the top one percentile of American population holds over two trillion dollars more of the nations wealth than the bottom 90 percentile holds, it would seem that Americans would have realized that their country is headed in the direction of a major economic disaster. Furthermore, as working class Americans struggle through the worst economic depression in more than twenty years, you would think there would be a desperate attempt to make changes. However, judging by the close outcome of the last several presidential elections, the country is divided, and that as a whole, is very unsure on what exactly is the best long-term solution to our economic problems.
Upon reading the article. “Class in America: Shadowy Lines That Still Divide” by Janny Scott and David Leonhardt of the New York Times, I found it incredibly easy to agree with just about every point that was made throughout the multiple page, highly informative, opinionated essay on social classes. The first paragraph quickly caught my attention when it said the working class “voted Democratic, and did not take cruises to the Caribbean”. This struck me interesting in a couple of different ways. Firstly, I believe that lower “working” class people often try to disguise themselves as middle class, and reward themselves as if they belonged in the middle class category. Many families, even those struggling to pay off home loans, and finding themselves deeper and deeper in debt, will often still find a way to attend a sporting event, or take a week long vacation to a tropical island somewhere. And I understand the kind of lifestyle these people have, because I feel like its right. I believe that it is better to live a happy life without money than to live a depressing life with money to spare. Therefore, I was not disappointed by this change in values.
However the part about voting democratic got me thinking. I remembered a chart I had seen in a newspaper a while back that monitored the unemployment rates over the last so many presidential terms. After finding that same chart online, I find it hard to believe that anyone that considers himself or herself working class, or even middle class would ever vote republican. Since 1953, there have been four democratic presidents, each of whom did an exceptional job at lowering unemployment rates. In the same time period there has been six republican presidents, Ronald Regan being the only one of those six that did not RAISE unemployment significantly.
Another thing I read in the article that bothered me was how 40 percent of Americans believed that the chance of moving up from one class to another has risen. I feel the opposite. A study by the Center for American Progress shows that the upper class is not being affected by this depression even nearly as much as working class citizens. Since 1979 the average income for the bottom half of American households has grown by 6 percent. In contrast, the top 1 percent of earners have seen their incomes rise by 229 percent during that same time frame I find it hard to have “faith in the system” when it is quite obvious that the system is not working. I disagree with. One sociologist in the article defined our society as “A ladder with lots of rungs” I could not agree with this more… however, I don’t see our society as having more divisions of “social class” than before. In fact I feel the opposite is true.
I believe that despite common perception, there is no existing middle class. I believe that there is a wealthy class whose residents have enough money to live, and that there is a lower class whose residents have enough money to survive. I consider myself to be a member of the working class community. I feel that my ranking in society has played, and will continue to play an incredible role in my life. I believe that “class” has shaped the person who I am today. I have lived in several different cities in my life, not because my family got tired of one place or another, but because in today’s society you have to follow the money to survive. A working class citizen will take any opportunity to make more money than they are making now, even if that means moving to a different location, placing their children in a different school system, even downsizing from a five bedroom house down to three. I think money can change the way people react to certain things. I know That I have gotten frustrated and angry in the past because of traffic tickets, and payments that I don’t think would have bothered me as much if I wasn’t worried about my economic future.
I strongly believe that classes do exist in society, and that they not only describe, but shape our society, and that in the future I believe I will work harder because I place myself on the lower rungs of the ladder, and because of this I have more motivation to advance myself, and become better. I refuse to take a position at the bottom and stay there. I will take every opportunity to have fun, because that is most important. However I still believe that Americans are separated between the rich and the poor by an invisible boundary. I don’t believe that it is impossible to break that boundary; to climb the ladder into prosperity (so to speak). But I don’t believe that it is possible to that point by working a full time job every day of my life until I retire at 65. I think if I find myself struggling to make a living, I will change the work I’m doing, rather than increase it, because at that point it would be obvious to me that I was doing something wrong. I believe that America is becoming more and more like a monarchy, or even dictatorship, but I don’t think it will ever get to that point, for eventually it will get to the point where we will have to step up and do something about it. Take my advice. Live your life. Enjoy your life. Fight the Power
