WITCH HUNT

Okay, this is part two in my attempt to get caught up recreating my deleted account.  Yikes!  Good thing I like working on the Internet!

Another website I recently created was www.WitchHuntNovel.com.  It is the official website for the rare, out-of-print classic Wiccan novel by Devin O'Branagan, called WITCH HUNT.  It is a multi-generational saga about a family of witches, that takes them from their persecution during the Salem witch trials, to a modern-day, fundamentalist Christian-inspired witch hunt.  The research is amazing and--since wicca is my own religion--I know my stuff.  So, apparently, does Devin.  It is breathtaking in its accuracy and its spiritual and magical insights.

The amazing cover won an award as one of the best covers of the year.  It was designed by the famous artist Keith Birdsong, who designs many of the STAR TREK book covers.

It has adult content, however, and should be only read by adults.  Lots of sex and violence, but that was the nature of the persecutions, I guess.

Anyway, I have so much to say that I need to do it in short bursts or I will be overwhelmed.  Please check back as I continue with the saga of recreating the massive blog that was vanquished by some evil power.

Hmmmm?  I wonder if there's a novel in that?

Star Trek Quote of the Day

If winning is not important, then Commander, why keep score?

Let Me Know When I Get This Bad

I love Star Trek and I consider myself a proud Trekker (not Trekkie), but this is a little sad.  I mean, it looked fun until ... well, you'll see where it really became sad.

Why Am I Not Rich!

As Kingzjewel so cruely reminded me, the Christies auction of Star Trek memorabilia went on without me. *sobs* Smiley I would have loved to win that chair that Captain Jean-Luc Picard sat in when he was on the bridge. That would have been SCHWEEET!  Picard is my second favorite captain of the Enterprise.  Since I'm a big fan of the Original Series, I'd have to say my boy James Tiberius Kirk is my favorite captain.  Anyway, most of my old Mindsay friends know that I'm a Trekker (not a Trekkie), but my new friends have no idea how much I love Star Trek.  I thought it would be funny to show them some pictures from my old Star Trek blog theme.

The Original Crew.

So yeah, I like Star Trek..... A LOT!

I'll bet some of you didn't know I was part of the original cast. It didn't last long though.  On one episode I was chosen as be part of the "away team" that investigated a class M planet that appeared to have a good supply of dilithium crystals. Well, I knew it was a possibility that I wouldn't make it back because I was wearing a *gasp* red uniform.  LOL! At least the captain made sure I didn't die in vain. Personally, I think that bitch Uhura set me up.  There couldn't be two sexy black chicks on board the Enterprise. I don't know why she was worried. Her legs were ten times better than mine! LMAO!

Okay, I'm done.  I hope I didn't geek out too much.

Hufflepuff!
The Sorting Hat has spoken! You've got 70 House Points!
Head of House: Professor Sprout

House Colors: Yellow and Black

House Animal: The Badger

Hufflepuff chose the students everyone else didnt want. Or those who didn't fit too easily into any category. Those who were cunning, but not ambitious. Those who were hardworking, though perhaps not TOO brave. Good people none the less. You are most likely the friend everyone would like to have, loyal, trustworthy, hardworking. Love sports too! You are cool in my book. The majority of people will wind up right here with you, so chances are, you will make some great friends!

Some students of Hufflepuff include... Susan Bones, Justin Flinch-Fletchley, and Cedric Diggory.

This test tracked 1 variable. How the score compared to the other people's:
Higher than 56% on House Points
