Okay, I Believe You, but My Tommy Gun Don't!!!!

Nothing big to report AGAIN (in a good way). Day started out w/ a long talk w/ Nichole : ). She’s so… Nichole. I can’t describe her. I love her. Always very frank, very candid, and no matter what she’s threatening, loves the hell out of her kid(s) and wants what is best for them.

I was complaining that my NY counter-parts are on spring break starting tomorrow because NY gets a week and 2 days for break and we not only don’t get it, we get it a week later so I can’t even stay to visit people. So Parker says ‘So move back’. And I said, ‘I’m trying to’. Then he adds, ‘good, so Cathy and I can move in with you’. Apparently, he did not say ‘in with’ he said ‘next door to’. I told him I would not want to live next door to him because he smells, but he promised me he’d do ‘stupid human tricks’, so I’ll entertain the idea. I’d like to at least MEET Cathy before we share a bathroom, but aw he wants to keep me around. Needs to be able to pick on me at a moment’s notice. Anyway, the point of remembering this is because his offer of ‘stupid human tricks’ reminded me of living in Carlyle junior year and moving in the first day and that random boy across the courtyard doing that poking dance for me. I miss college sometimes.

Today was really pretty easy. They watched the end of Holes until about 9:40, and then decided to cash-in to watch BOLT this afternoon, so very little academically. E told us he’s not coming in on Friday because he’s going to dad’s for the weekend/Easter. He is SO CUTE when he’s excited about something. Love it. I also had a good time eating lunch (well, my banana) in the room with the 2 of them, talking about loose teeth. They’re so cute sometimes. I also have to say that E was amaaaaaaaazing today reading Captain Underpants to A for reading instruction.  He was really nice and encouraging ("you knew that one! Great!"  "what does this one say? look at the first letter") and patient and basically, he won.  There was no contest, but he won.

Yesterday they were ATROCIOUS with 'that's gay' or 'so-and-so is gay because_________', and D was swearing like a sailor (and not, say, a NINE YEAR OLD), but today we didn't have that issue. <3.  Also, A went to sit down on the beanbag where Parker was and Parker had to pretty much JUMP out of the way to not get smushed, and I laughed so hard I fell outta my chair.  In general, though, A was ADORABLE today, singing along to the movie (well, 50% the lyrics and 50% his own).

Leave? Leave. Maybe.
Today, I'm thinking of leaving Mindsay. Maybe it's just because I'm depressed right now; but I don't know. I've only spent about a month or so on here. Meh.

My day was fairly good. I got two of my marks back today - history and computers - of which are fairly good marks. B's, on the verge of reaching A's. Not bad. Not bad.

Math was okay. English was alright. History was good, we were given the assignment to pretend we were a solider in World War 1, and write a letter to home and describe the conditions of what it was like, and I wrote half a paragraph on mud - which Kristy and I found amusing and me, pathetic. I may post that later; seeing as how I liked what I wrote so far.

Needles are tomorrow. I'm terrified. Mom said she would look into me going to the clinic instead about getting them. Doesn't change a thing. I know it's just a pinch, then it's over - but my mind won't accept that. I swear, if I wasn't so petrified of needles - my life would be a lot better.

I also had an appointment with Mr. Larsh, who is a child and youth worker that works at my school. He just wanted to check in with me to see how things were going.

I'm so depressed. I don't know why.

Small progress in the "Turtle Pond"
Ok. First I actually got a FULL NIGHTS SLEEP!. That's shocking. The triplets ALL slept through the night for the first time. They're just over three months,so this is a good thing. Anyway, they completely sacked out at 11 and woke up at 5:30. Which is good, cuz we ALL get up by 5:45 anyway.

Second: Miss YY ATE! because of her neurological delays, eating has always been an issue. But we managed 3 WHOLE CRACKERS today. Granted, this was after giving her a complete body rub to desensitize her body and spending half an hour telling her about the texture of crackers and how they crunch when you first bite, but soften into goo as you chew them. She also ate one bite of American cheese. Progress indeed!

Jake is not only walking, but RUNNING. And Brendalynne and Rorick are both starting chapter books.

Oh, and today the bathtub is Turtle free. All the casualties have been treated and released. and no newbies showed up in the last couple days.

In the light of the moon...
Ah, finally catching up on comments, blogs & replies. Soon I will be able to work on a drawing or two (I hope). Possibly clean the attic so that things are set for my bro but I may just save that one for the weekend.

So pictures...

To get this shot I moved the lens with the firework as it shot into the sky leaving a ghost image of what it saw as the lens stayed open.

Today I watched a bit of an older BBC show called The Good Life or also known as Good Neighbors. I sure loved that show when I was younger but I still seem to love it to today. :D What fun.

Nabootique!

I'm so happy that the mighty boosh is coming back! I've been looking forward for the 3rd series for ages now.

I just love Noel Fielding, he's one hot piece of ass. Smiley

So yeah  apparently it starts next Thursday at 10pm, BBC3.

Some more good news is that i no longer have to go to my sociology lessons, yes that's right I've officially dropped the bastard thing! Smiley

So i got to come home early today, but its not all great because i have to do my English language essay and i have no idea what to write.

My diet's working today too Smiley

Thank god it's Friday tomorrow, my sisters coming home and taking some days off of her busy student life of getting drunk every night which is a good thing 'cos it's her birthday on Tuesday so i can give her- her present.

I've got her some pink fluffy rubber gloves to wash her pots with and a pink sparkly dust pan and brush all for her new dorm thing, but i bought her some wine and chocolates too :]

I'm working tonight, hopefully it's as good as last night. Me and Adam played around with the waitress trolley whizzing about the place and had a mini food fight/towel whipping thing :]

He won obv. Smiley

anyhow i better get this here assignment done.
