The Tibetan Book of Meditation is a synthesis of all the great Tibetan commentaries on meditation. It is a comprehensive guide to transforming one’s meditation practice from ordinary to extraordinary. The book begins with wisdom from a profound ancient teacher, Master Kamalashila, and continues with teachings carried through by a long lineage of Tibetan masters, right up to the great modern day Lamas. Lama Christie combines her own insights and experience together with ancient wisdom, to teach today’s practitioners how to transform their meditations into a practice that can bring them ultimate happiness.

We mark the sad anniversary of last year's violent oppression of the people of Tibet by the Chinese invaders.
Chinese soldiers that dressed as monks were used to discredit the peaceful monks.
Chinese people have their internet access restricted to keep the truth from them. Pray for the peaceful people of Tibet who are being murdered by the invaders.
We are dependent on the Chinese to buy hundreds of billions of dollars of US government debt, in the form of treasury bonds. The Chinese are essentially bankrolling the stimulus, bail outs, etc. If they decide to stop doing this, the US will not be able to finance its 1.5 trillion deficit, and the dollar fall worldwide as people dump it. It will be worth less than a peso. America has no financial independence, it is weak and at the mercy of a communist dictatorship. MacArthur and Eisenhower are certainly rolling in their graves.....
What does this mean to the Chinese? They can oppress people in Tibet...we'd better keep our mouths shut. They can invade Taiwan.....we'd better keep our mouths shut. They can do whatever the hell they want, and Hillary Clinton will keep quiet if she knows what's good for her. Scary when you think about it....
