Yesterday we went to the mega hair emporium...it's not really called that but it should be. I walked in and was overwhelmed with hair. Seriously. Where would you begin? I started at the ponytails! LOL I tell you, the older I get, the more I open myself up to ideas I was once so opposed to so adamantly in my youth. But I digress. I got some new stuff that you will have to wait to see and I look FIERCE.
IHop was breakfast. I had stuffed french toast *cherry/vanilla* and Myclette had a veggie bean omelet. My food was soooo good. Those stuffed french toast things should be outlawed. We took a trip back to the house for a few minutes and then went to see Myclette's family. Her mother and father are ADORABLE. They are so sweet and easy to chat with. Their house is gorgeous, the type of house I would want when I get situated. They are so ballin'. We picked up Ms. E from there and took her back to the house to spend time with her father while we went to dinner with Environgirl .
My throat still hurts from all the laughter. She is HYSTERICALLY funny. We decided to hit a texmex spot for dinner called Molina's. OMG the salsa was like hot sauce with veggies. The food was a great value and delicious. Myclette and I both had the Molina special which consisted of a tamale, a chicken enchilada, a burrito, and a tostada. Talk about good. Neither of us could finish our dinners. Environgirl helped us polish them off, then it was off to the house. We were all so tired.
Today we are going to the art museum with Ms. E and then later tonight : KARAOKE Y'ALL.
PS. Ms. E is hilarious, too. She is an extra smart busy bee. In an hour and a half she read me 2 books, watched Spongebob together, talked about what she likes to do, boot scoot boogied, cheered with pompoms, and I watched her try to do yoga. TOO cute.
