Tequila @ MindSay

   Just another idle Saturday night with too much to drink, too much time on my hands and no creative outlet or solutions for life's little ten ton weights that bear down on my fuzzy, soon to be (hopefully) blitzed head.
   I really hate long vacations.  These holidays seem to take forever to roll around, making me all giddy like a little schoolgirl, but as soon as a couple days pass... I can't wait to either pass out or be called back to work, or maybe even break a leg and spend the rest of the time in a hospital pretending I speak Cantonese or some other obscenely uncommon language.  I bet charades on morphine would be really interesting and fun for all parties involved.
   I can't tell whats worse, Christmas or New Years.  To me, Christmas was completely stressed.  Stretching an already pained and wailing bank account on presents for most people whom I don't know that well and or really could care less about or who are so vague about what they want I might as well wrap a trout in a newspaper and top it off with a bow.
   Then there is New Years.  Trying to find something to do, only to find there is too much to do, only to not do anything at all, only to hear of the mind numbing stories that repeat themselves over and over and over and over and over and over and over... and over.  "Dude, you should've been there!  There was this chick who got so crazy she stuck a glass full of tequila up her hooha!" or "Man, you should've seen it!  I just ordered a drink of tequila when this chick grabbed it and stuck it down her panties!" or "Not much happened. Some jerk put a glass of tequila on my chair and I sat on it, soaking my crotch".  Goodie... goodie... gum drops.
   ... course now I'm craving margaritas.

Last night I went to see Chuck and Ryan's band play. Very fun, good show. Chuck is hilarious! I love him. I was talking with him after the show and it was basically like one big giggle-fest. As always with him lol. He is so sweet, too. After the show me, Rach, Jaana, Aaron, and Jeremy went to cafe coco and just hung out and talked for an hour or so.. We ended up going back Jeremy's house where I had wayyyy too much Tequila and ended up sleeping in Jeremy's bed with Rachel and Jaana. It was a very fun night. Very fun and very interesting. Im feeling a little Tequila drag right now.. I think I want to quit drinking altogether? Not that I drink a lot or very frequently as it is.. but I still think I want to take a little time off from that. I want to go work out but I think I will get sick if I do. Have to work at 3.. Lame. But Chuckles and Tara will be there. Yayyy. I think its definitely time for a nap. I think Im going to hang out with Chuck after work? Possibly. Everyone have a great dayyy :)

  Josie Cuervo (Jose Curevo's sister, a.k.a. josiejunk) was completely and utterly hung-over on Sunday as moosealot has attested to in her blog.

 

We went over for dinner at Josie's house around 5-ish and Josie was still in bed from the night before.  I, still suffering from jet-lag, forewent the festivities the night before that had left my friend in such a bad state.  From what I hear Josie had a great time - maybe too much fun!  But she paid for it the next day :(

 

Since Josie was stuck in bed (she did make it down for some Chicken Noodle Soup) I went up to keep her company after dinner.  Did I mention I was sipping on some tequila while talking to her?  I'm so mean!  Anyway, I talked her ear off about this and that, and I hoped she enjoyed the company.  Meanwhile the rest of the clan was downstairs - while the two kids were running in and out of Josie's room and Sarah's room.

 

I saw Josie tonight, and I here to say, she's alive!  I offered her a margarita, but she declined - ha ha.  She wanted some lemonaide, which I served her in a margarita glass - ha ha!  I'm sure she's planning her revenge the next time I'm hung-over!

I haven't blogged in ages- my apologies.. School has been keeping me really occupied.

 

This is just a random photo I want to share with you which I took at a party a few months ago. I accidentally caught a bottle of tequila in mid-air on my photo- and I thought maybe some of you guys will enjoy this. Check the guy's expression!!

I have nothing new to say, except that I am extremely busy.

 

I wish I could morph into a giraffe and gallavant off into the sunset in the Serengeti or some shit.

 

Or a whole lot of tequila could work too...
