Crossing the line between June and July, fireworks start to pop more frequently at night. M-80's and other large report incindiaries are being set off in the neighborhood. What was once quiet up to the 3rd, at least, now becomes a nightly quest to shatter the silence until the 4th.
July: Named for Julius Caesar, converted into a month after a suggestion from Mark Antony. Originally pronounced like 'Julie'.
For most of the month, the Western Astrological sign of Cancer the Crab rules until July 23rd. Can't think of a worse sign to be born under. With others, you can at least say "I'm a Pisces" or "I'm a Taurus", which nowadays might get you the response of, "You're a car??", but to say that "I'm a Cancer"...
Yeah, I know you can say "I'm a Cancerian", which is better, but not many people have heard of the word 'Cancerian'. Makes you sound like 'Libertarian'. Where Cancerians make up for it, however, is that the symbol for Cancer looks like '69' turned on its side. Score.
July's birthstone is the ruby.
Cancer is a water sign.
Just like the ebb and flow of the Moon that rules Cancer, life ebbs and flows. The pull of others can shift one off balance, or align them just right, or pull them into someone else's life. Even if the source can't be seen, its effects are still felt.
Attraction and repulsion are words that scientists and engineers use to describe unseen forces at work in the magnetic, gravitational, electrical, and atomic fields of study. The same words are used in relationships, with much the same meanings, although the outcomes are less well defined and predicted.
Just like as the Moon swings around to the other side of the Earth, or it takes up a place in Earth's shadow so we can't see it, its presence is still felt by the tides, animals, and the bubble of Earth's magnetic field. Just like people who have come into our lives, and are no longer there, still have an impact to this day because the memories of them persist like so much unseen gravitational pull. Their actions affect how we act, and react. Their inspiration, or cataclysmically painful connection gives us a new path to walk down, either towards a positive source, or running away from it, screaming.
There's nothing we can do. We're programmed to react, and to learn from the outside world.
To adapt.
To survive.
In 9 days, new programming will take effect.
Tides will shift - subtly for most, if not all.
A Cancer will be removed, but there will be no fireworks to celebrate.

How can a company survive with that?!
I really think so. After a while I struggling to fight to get more opportunity to hand on technical thing, now I really don't care much that now.
The fact is, no matter how good your technical skills are, if you don't know how to present your product to the right customers, then you are out.
What so matter with it? Your products are good, your technical people give world-class support, your products are convincing, etc etc blah blah, but you don't know how to sell your products? You ended up nothing. (or sales person can not sell them, those that talk)
Ask business men what do they matter most?
Profit? High Technology? Quality?
We know the answer.
No gain then how much they can invest the technical resources on the technology then?
Saying research, some more.
Each engineering resources or effort a company spends on all are about time & time is ? Money.
Really, if I let my company see the hope that it can sell this product now, my boss & sale manager will be very delighted already.
They don't really care much how good the technical aspects in this particular product.
Isn't it common to business men?
Good product without good marketing mind, all ended up zero.
Engineers eat what? Even with constant salary also I feel shame on it. Because product which I developed, can not be sold ?! What to proud of then ??
Of course we don't sacrifice the quality of the products. But basically it should be up to an acceptable standard. To get higher standard? More engineering effort or resources needed. very realistic rite. No pain no gain.
I wish to see product which my team developed soon or later appear in the market. Now perhaps just some little bit of physical improvement (make hardware more attractive)
Overall, I'm glad to say, "hey, this product does work, have the content, you know?"
& really if in job interviews people ask me what skills do I cultivated in current/formal company, I might answer them "My skill? My greatest enlightenment or skill set that I developed is knowing how to make company products sell able, get businesses, gain profit" HA HA
My team should celebrate once this product go into the market.

6. How Can We Know the Bible is the Word of God. Part A
The Bible contains the revealed Word of God. It was written by men but God was the ultimate authority, a claim not invented by the church but one made by the Bible itself. All scripture is God-breathed…2 Timothy 3:16. Over 2,000 times in the Old Testament are phrases like and the Lord God spoke to Moses or the Word of the Lord came to Jonah, or God Said. What proof is there that this claim is true. Let’s look at a few.
Consider for example at its UNITY. The book was composed over a period of about 1500 years by more than forty different authors. Each author came from a different background - Joshua was a general, Daniel a prime minister, Peter a fisherman and Matthew a tax collector. The authors wrote in from a variety of places - Moses in the wilderness, Paul from prison, and John in exile on Patmos Island. They were composed on three different continents - Africa, Asia, and Europe and in three different languages - Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. The contents deal with many controversial subjects and doesn’t skip the sin in order to make it compatible to the reader. Take for example the story of David, his adultery with Bathsheba and the ensuing murder of her husband. The Bible however, is a unit, as from the very beginning to the very end, there is one unfolding story and that is of God’s plan of salvation for mankind. This comes through the person of Jesus who himself testified that He was the theme of the entire Bible. And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself…Luke 24:44.
If you think this isn’t a challenge think of this. Find 10 people in your local area that have similar backgrounds, speak the same language and are all basically from the same culture. Separate them and ask them to write their opinion on one controversial subject and when they have finished compare their conclusions. Do they agree with each other? No way! But the Bible has unity, which cannot be explained by coincidence.
Now look at the PRESERVATION of the Bible over the years. No other book has been hated more, with kings and rulers trying to destroy it from the face of the earth. But yet it is still here. For centuries, every type of destruction that science, philosophy, wit, reasoning or brutality could bring against it, to stamp it out has occurred, but it still lives on. If it were man’s book it would have been annihilated and forgotten hundreds of years ago but it still survives. But then the Bible says The word of the Lord endureth forever…1 Peter 1:25 and Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away…Matthew 24:35.
Its INFLUENCE on millions of people down through the ages has also given witness to the life-changing message it brings. Have you ever heard a drunk say “I read a book on science and it made a sober man out of me”? Not on your life - but you can hear testimony from millions whose lives have been changed because of the Word of God, the Bible.
Also, its depth is INEXHAUSTIBLE. George Mueller read the Bible through more than a hundred times and found it fresher every time he read it. No other book has had so much commentary written on it and yet no one has been able to exhaust this book. It is because there are hidden in it, the unlimited wisdom and knowledge of God. Man is finite so his works can be fathomed but not the Word of the infinite God.
PROPHECY fulfilled is also an important factor to be considered. There are many, but just considering the ones concerning Jesus, we see where there were statements as to the manner and place of His birth, what His reception by men would be like, how His life would end, and of His resurrection. All of these were fulfilled to the minutest detail. For example the prophecy in Psalm 22:18 states they part my garment among them and cast lots upon my cloak. In Mark 15:24 it is fulfilled - and when they had crucified Him they parted His garments casting lots upon them, what every man should take. Man could not have foreseen these events hundreds of years before they happened, but God could and He spoke through those men.
ARCHAEOLOGY, in the past hundred years, has verified some of the history contained in the Bible. For example, Sodom and Gomorrah, were considered mythical for many years. Tablets uncovered at Ebla have been translated and low and behold they mention those two cities. The Hittites were supposedly made up until archaeological excavations proved otherwise. Archaeology has proven that there were rulers name Belshazzar and King Sargon. William F. Albright, who is known as one of the great archaeologists, says discovery after discovery has established the accuracy of innumerable details, and has brought increased recognition to the value of the Bible as source of history. (The Archaeology of Palestine) Although it cannot prove the Bible to be the Word of God it does show that the Bible is historically accurate.
The message of the Bible is clear for those who will read it and seek to find out its true meaning.
