Who comes up with this stuff I swear oh man too funny. The names of these drinks are like oh my @_@.

Was watching That 70s Show earlier. There were some horrible, sickeningly sickening, and distubing images during the commercials. These things should never be shown on TV. What if there were children watching...? *shudders*

Coincidentally, I was sent a packet-thing from my new school today... dammit.

They want us to wear African Safari clothes and dress up as babies during spirit week... how does that show school spirit!?

Now I know why all my old schools never had that kind of thing...

Because school spirit SUCKS.

 

Whoa. I am such a pessimist. Or is that not being pessimistic... just angry?

Watch a Red Sox game on NESN or listen to one on WEEI.  The thing they have in common, terrible and overly cliché commercials.  (I had to use the character mark to obtain that accent on cliché, if anyone knows an easier way of doing so, I appreciate the help.)  Some of these insult the intelligence of their audience so badly, that I am pretty sure I will go out of my way to not use any of the services being advertised for.  For example, Bob's Discount Furniture.  Not only will I not buy this douchebag's products, I would probably be forced to attack him if we ever crossed paths, using only my index finger.  I hate this guy, and the assholes from Tarbox Jeep and Marty's USRV, etc. etc.  This shit would have flown in the 80's, which is part of what made the decade so great.  However, reminiscing of the decade while watching I love the 80's on vh1 and thinking you can pull off that style 16 years later is absurd.  Commercials piss me off, which is pathetic but at the same time gives me something to hate which does not affect anyone in any significant way. 

 

It only took two weeks for me to blog this time as opposed to over a month.  In some circles, this is what is referred to as "progress".

                         This is yours truly again you know angry . . . at commercials.  there was a stand-up comedian who stated and pointed out the fact that in commercials nowadays you have no clue wht there seeling untill the end at which point you are either not watching it anymore or you're too confused to know what's going on anymore.  I belive it was lewis black who pointed this out.  Here is a real life example i was watching T.V. yesterday and then suddenly a woman appeared wearing nothing but langerie, then suddenly another appeared but this one was in a sweater coat walking down the street with steam and stuff behind her, then another pouring water all over herself.  Now all of these women wore very little some in langerie and the others even less.  now if you didn't know anybetter you'd think this was for playboy magazine or a really classy girls gone wild video then suddenly it says "The new victoria secret collection availible now.",or the new boost mobile commercials is another good example of commercails that don't make sense.  where they are funny but they make no sense, more on this as it developes if you have anyhing to say please respond.
