Tomorrow is my last day of work before spring break. Thank God! I think the whole staff has spring fever. I will spend the majority of my spring break trying to figure out how to proceed with going back to school. I found out my Alma Mater doesn't offer a M.A or M.S in psychology. However, they do offer a Masters of Education Degree in Counseling with their Educational Psychology department. Decisions, decisions.
Thanks to my hyper sister, my daughter has a full, fun-filled schedule set for spring break. I don't know where my sister gets all of that energy, but thank goodness she has it! I also would like to get away for some much needed peace and quiet -- even if it means checking into a hotel for a couple of days. I've done that in the past and I loved it. I curled up with a good book and shut the world away. I came home feeling like a million bucks.
Environgirl called to let me know she was out sleeping under the stars. I already miss her. I'm sure she will have a blast outside roughing it. I hope she remembered to bring her insect repellent. She's a bit of a hypochondriac. One year she was convinced she had the West Nile Virus. Of course she was only sick for a weekend. Apparently, her superior immune system made it possible for her to successfully fight of the virus in 48 hours. Researchers are still baffled. LOL.
