Cars and holidays

Getting closer to when I go away, which is cool. I still got to organise a passport.

Oh and I'm counting down the months to when I can drive my car by myself. I know petrol is oh so expensive, but I am so over public transport that never gets there on time and sometimes the one you were waiting for doesn't turn up till 8.06am when it was meant to get there at quarter to eight. That was yesterday and alas I was twenty minutes late to work.

If I drive my car I can leave at 7.30am and get to work at 8am. Inevitably getting home by 5pm. Or earlier if I am inclined towards getting up at 6am, which I'm not, so that won't happen.

Can't wait to drive my car! I just hate the learning part... Even though I can drive at 100 km's, I still find myself holding my breath for the first part.

Anyhow, I should be planning something before I go away. I'll email the details to people soon.

I'm writing this at work because mindsay doesn't work at home anymore.

Ciao for now

self-preserving but open to meeting new people.

After 70, she becomes Tibet , wildly beautiful, with a mysterious past and the wisdom of the ages...only those with an adventurous spirit and a thirst for spi ritual knowledge visit there.

THE GEOGRAPHY OF A MAN

Between 1 and 70, a man is like Iran, ruled by a dick.

orient.
I never thought of myself as particularly attractive, smart, or socially advanced -- certainly not rich. It was odd, then, to meet two men possessing everything that I lacked. Though modest, they had everything in their hands. The Lexus, a couple of grand to blow, nice shoes, stories of traveling the world. I had the choice of keeping up with them while questioning my own abilities or staying behind.

There's no gap between poverty and excess, no medium between dim and blindingly bright. At least not here. Now more than ever I can't find a place in this world. I'm beginning to question if I ever will.

"Why are you wearing a hospital bracelet, mate?"
    "I got into a fight. Didn't win."

Casa Batllo
Casa Batllo is one of the beautiful design results by Gaudi. Something you don't want to miss in Barcelona. It's an apartment building with deck garden. Very Gaudi in every details, even the curved steel. That means it's a colorful and beyond imagination building. What I like most is Gaudi decided to use blue shade tile from pale blue to dark blue and it makes us feel we're undersea. There're also glassy screen and when we look through it, you'll see world like you're looking throught the water. Somebody said the building is more like a creature than brick and stone and sometimes you'll feel like it can move. Well, probably it would in late night, when everybody falls asleep. Who'll know?
