So... I just couldn't do it... I promised myself I would do 20 days and I can't bring myself to stop at 19.  I worked it out with the ingredients and will be finishing off day 20 tomorrow. 

 

I tried to get up early today to get my walk but after the psycho day yesterday I found I needed the sleep more.  I didn't do my Salt Water flush again so I had some of my Laxative tea in the morning.  I prefer to keep as close as possible to the original instructions but the tea was an option given for the people who simply can not handle the Salt water.  It's also a time saver if you just don't have the time to do the flush... it takes me about 2 hours to work all the way thru the flush.   

 

It took about 6 or 7 hours for the tea to work thru me and happily it did its "job" in 1 trip to the ladies room.  The flush sends me there Many times.  However...I still recomend the flush to truly clean out you system the best. 

 

Summary of the day... Not a bad one... A girl at work brought a BIG bowl of spaghetti and was sharing with everyone.  Ouch!  One day to go!

OK!  18 Days Down... 1 to go.

It would be 2 days to go, (plus 3 days coming down!) but I've decided to stop at 19 days. 

I have just enough ingedients to make 1 more days worth of lemonade without buying another expensive bottle of syrup.   I feel bad about not pushing thru the last day but that real maple syrup is $12 a bottle! 

Soooo only 4 days till I get to have real food.  Oooo!  Sunday is Spaghetti night!  Are we sensing a theme here?  Cravings have struck! 

 

Since I was on the road this morning I couldn't do my SWF but Will try to get it done tonight.  I also didn't get to weigh myself to track any weight loss.  However I am still feeling great.  Super energetic and all.  As you should all know by now the weight loss is not my main goal here  but I am enjoying any that comes my way with this.  I got up at 4:30 AM to bring my mom home from my sisters instead of driving back in the rain last night.  We got back to Houston about 8AM and I gave the dog a bath and then we took our mile walk... Talk about special fun... Leash training the little girl again!

 

The big part of this cleanse coming to an end will be to NOT lose my commitment to excercising and controling my eating habits.  I think this cleanse has been a great part of beginning some new healthier habits.

 

I have been walking 1 mile almost every day lately and will soon be moving on to 2 miles.  I could use some opinions... What is better for my health... Working on being able to complete the mile faster or doing more miles sooner???  Let me know what you think.
