This suvery has been around the block a few times, yet I don't seem to mind. I always find it facinating to do surveys and read them later. It oddly makes me feel as if I know myself better. Is that werid?
100.WHAT'S YOUR PROFILE SONG?
On my myspace? Currentley it is "One is the lonelist number" by Poptart Sprinkle and the Candy Kidz
99.DO YOU HAVE A JOB? IF SO WHAT IS IT?
Not yet. I can only hope that Carlisle Coffee Company would hire me, or need people to hire. That's my ideal job, if I was able to choose right now. But first, I must get my job permit...
98.MIDDLE NAME
Mary.
97.DO YOU HAVE A CRUSH ON SOMEONE?
Well, I'm dating someone and love them, so I suppose you could say that
96. LIED IN THE LAST 24 HOURS?
Kinda. I made it seem like I wanted something that I didn't. And said that I did want the thing because I wasn't really thinking. It gave the other person the false impression that I did want that thing and then once something was about to happen, I told them that I didn't want that thing, they felt rejected and upset about it. It was a huge ordeal, and I felt terriable about it. It wasn't an enjoyable period of time, but thankfully, we worked through that and the rest of the day wasn't bad
95. BEST BREAK UP SONG?
"Not Big" and "Smile" by Lily Allen. Those songs not only make me giggle, but they also make me feel better about myself when I felt like crap about a breakup. For the serious breakup song, I'd say "Slayer" by Giant Drag, just because that song seemed to speak to me whenever I first expirenced a breakup. Now, looking back, I realize that I was being way too dramatic about it, but still. For about 3 days straight, I ate tons of confort food and listened to that song.
94. WHERE WAS THE LAST PLACE YOU TOOK A PLANE TO?
Flordia.

92.WHAT MAKES YOU MAD?
Not being taken seriously, being ignored, being looked down upon, having someone make fun of my friends, homophobia, narrow minded people...it's kind a list whenever I get into a ranting mood
91.WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP?
I'm undecided. Right now, there's so much I want to accomplish in my lifetime. I can't just pick one thing, my hobbies and intrests always constentley change. Right now, I'd have to say something arts-related. I've always loved art and acting. I always thought teaching would be a cool thing to look into, but I'm uncertain what to teach. It would be ideal for me to be an art teacher, or an acting teacher, but chances of getting that job would probably be slim. If I were to teach a serious subject, it would be English...although my English teacher crushed my hopes and dreams when it came to me thinking that I was actually decent in that subject...so if not English, I'd be an elementry school teacher. Or a nutritionist, phycoligist (I spelled that completely off), or a socioligist...
90. WHAT COLOR IS YOUR EYES?
Brown. I used to hate having "such a common color" as some would say, but now I've grown to enjoy them. They are big and they're me.

55. WHO WAS THE LAST PERSON YOU SAID 'I LOVE YOU' TO?
Austin and Michelle
54. WOULD YOU DIE FOR SOMEONE?
Yes.
53. LATEST THING YOU'VE RECENTLY LEARNED?
That love takes effort. If you think love is easy, you are wrongly mistaken. I also realize that putting work into a relationship is worth it, and if you decide not to, problems will ususally cause you to break up with that person. I realize that I love someone so much that I'll do anything (aka anything that isn't inhumane and/or cruel to myself, to others, or to the person I love) to make this relationship work.
52. ARE YOU COLD NOW?
Right now my temperature is normal. But it's leaning more towards the "I'm feeling a tad hot" side. I wish the air conditioning was on...
51. WHAT CAN YOU SMELL?
Unless my house has a distinct smell, which it probably does because most houses do have a certain smell to them, nothing really.
50. IS ANYTHING BOTHERING YOU RIGHT NOW?
No, I just wish that there wasn't an ordeal that happened earlier in the day. I felt like I disapointed someone I really cared about and I deeply regret that.
48. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TOMORROW?
Hopefully hanging out with my friends and painting eventually. Then, if I'm lucky, visiting some friends when they are working.
47. IF YOUR EX WANTED YOU BACK, WOULD YOU TAKE THEM BACK?
Ummm, no. I realize that we weren't a good personality match. I kinda wish we just stayed friends becuase when we were aquentances, we had fun conversations yet in a way, I don't really regret dating him because I learned a lot about myself afterwards and also learned what it took to make a relationship work, which we both lacked when we dated.
44. BED SHEET COLOR?
Haha...I can't really think of the color right now...
43. DO YOU THINK SOMEONE CARES ABOUT YOU?
I believe that I have a small group of people that truely care about me. I know that a few people love me. It's a comforting thing to hear, to know that someone cares for you. I thank all of them that really do.
42. CAN YOU SWIM?
Yeah. When I was younger, I used to be on the mini swim team, and I was pretty decent at it. Now I'm just a mediocre little swimmer.
37. FAVORITE SMELL?
There's a lot of smells that intregue me. I'd have to say...vanilla, the smell of certain people, freshly mowed grass, any Britney Spears perfume that has ever walked the planet, chicken pot pie (but not the taste of it), among other things that I can't think of off the top of my head. [I'm aware that my grammer is offkey]
36. EVER GONE A WHOLE DAY WITHOUT EATING?
Technically no, but I've gone at least half a day without an actual meal other than Orange Juice and a few crackers.
35. AMERICA OR CANADA?
America.
33. WHO IS THE YOUNGEST PERSON YOU'VE DATED?
Jake
32. JEANS OR SWEATPANTS?
Jeans. I'm rarely caught in sweatpants because I never seem to feel confident in them. I feel like being shorter makes me unable to wear them without looking bulky....I'm aware that it's an insecure thing to say, but they just don't make me feel attractive at all.
29. DO YOU HAVE SOCKS ON?
Nope, yay for flip flops
28. DO YOU OWN BIG SUNGLASSES?
Oh yes! They are one of my favorite indulgences whenever my mom decides to go on a shopping binge
27. HAVE YOU CRIED SO HARD YOU MADE YOURSELF SICK?
Once or twice in my lifetime
23. HAVE YOU RECENTLY TALKED TO AN EX?
Not very recently. And it wasn't a real conversation, just us staring at eachother and saying maybe one or two words to eachother.
19. FAVORITE TV SHOW?
America's Next Top Model, Teen Titans, Zoey 101, Maury, Top 20 video countdown...South Park, That 70's Show...haha...and the list goes on and on
18. DO YOU LIKE 80'S MOVIES?
Heck yes! Pretty in Pink, the Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Heathers, What's Eating Glibert Grape?...etc. I love them all
15. WHAT KINDA MUSIC DO YOU LIKE?
Lots of things. If you made me pick a specific type, I'd have to say indie, though.
14. ARE YOU A CRAZY STALKER?
Sometimes. I always want to know about my loved ones, if they are safe, what they are doing for the day...it's technically not very stalkerish in my opinion, I just like knowing things about people because I care about them and like knowing stuff about them. I'm not really sure if that's odd or not.
13. BEST CITY YOU'VE VISTED?
hmmm...not sure. I've never really been out in the city, once I think about it
12. BEEN TO LONDON?
I wish, it's one of the places I'd like to visit before I die.
10. FAVORITE SUBJECT AT SCHOOL?
Art classes, English, and sometimes American History depending on the teacher. So far none of the highschool American History teachers have really inspired me to enjoy and embrace the history of our country, yet I always like knowing about the past. And band...I just love playing music and hearing different styles.
9. BEEN TO COLLEGE?
No. I haven't. It's coming close, though
7. FAVORITE TIME OF DAY?
I'm a fan of the nightime. I enjoy staying up late by myself and writing, reading, or doing something non-productive.
6. EVER LICKED SOMEONES CHEEK?
Very rarely, but I have
5. SEEN ALL THE SPIDERMAN MOVIES?
Indeed, it's a very intresting movie and I must say that I was a fan of the "spiderman kiss" (in my opinion, it was one of those "magical" kisses)
3. WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO?
Saturday. I know that I'm going to have fun on Saturday. And also, tomorrow, just because hopefully I'll see my friends and possibly hang out with them.
2. EVER GOTTEN LOST IN THE DARK?
Somewhat, I was so scared...*shivers* Especially in the woods, that must be frightening
1. DO YOU SNORE/TALK/WALK IN YOUR SLEEP?
I only snore when my nose is stuffy. I have only been known to talk once or twice in my sleep, that I'm aware of. As for walking goes, I don't think I have...although I have woken up on the other side of my bed once or twice...
Such tests could be important if scientists find ways to slow or stop Alzheimer’s and the severe memory loss associated with it. For now, there’s no cure for the more than 5 million Americans with the disease.
Balanchine may be considered the master genius of 20th century ballet but Julia Adam's choreography is pretty damn amazing. Last night at the Newmark Theatre we saw Oregon Ballet Theatre do Apollo followed by Adam’s Il Nodo ( the knot) and I must confess I preferred Il Nodo. First of all, it featured my favorite dancer Anne Mueller and secondly it was a beautifully executed piece of visual whimsy. The dances don’t just finish up in amazing positions as in Balanchine, they move through space and fill the air with the shadows of where they just been and where they are going next.
Now the unwashed Portland masses were a whole other thing. I could choose between a man who smelled of garlic, wheezed and breathed through his mouth or a tall manic brute who smelled of too much alcohol and had an annoying habit of hooting and clapping so hard that I actually was getting tinnitus .. so i stuffed my left ear with tissue paper. His wife two seats over smelled as though she had not taken a bath in weeks. Do people in Portland think that since it isn’t hot and they don’t sweat a lot they don’t have to bathe?
My husband bemoans the fact that I have an olfactory system that rivals that of Madeline in the Fall of the House of Usher. But a great “nose” for things can enrich your life and sometimes prevent an early death by fiery explosion. This is important because years ago I came home late, the house reeked of gas and Jim was upstairs reading. The pilot light had gone out in our small apartment's range and the house was getting filled by the noxious gas. Am I being too dramatic?
On the nice side, a great sense of smell lets me taste more things, enjoy the most subtle of flowers and even on a hike tell me when we are near water ( if one can’t hear it) Ironically if I had to lose one of my five senses smell would be the one I choose because it is the least horrible to give up of five but it is also my most acute. ( although I do have a superb clarity for color too)
Anyway, every part of me seems sore this morning after too much gardening tumbles and working- planting woodland wonders while on my knees – in the rain no less. if one stops for rain in Portland nothing will ever get done. Today I intend to hand weed a section of the front garden and mulch the open beds and prune back a saxifrage so I can dig out for a small water hole I am making near some amazing stones in the front yard. But instead I watched a film and blogged. sigh.
grey's... is making me bawl tonight.... mannnnnnnn
I really would like a goodnight kiss right now...
its silly.. but I can smell him... on the shirt I wore lastnight.... it smells so marvelous...
