Hello! Hurray! Won't you have a nice day with the Flavour of the Week or something such as that...

It seems as if Web site development is winding down so hopefully things will be back to a state of near normalcy here at the Home Office though some folks were distracted with converting cassette tapes into digital formats, which slowed the progress of the essential work. It is glorious to have a staff of highly skilled computer folks who can accomplish these tasks...

Since the popularity of the MySpace Experience, I have been in a sort of '80s groove - this is why the tape to digital conversions has been taking place. It really got underway when I was listening to my old show when I was King of the Lunchtime Slot, and it occurred to me that I still enjoyed the music even though I had grown away from it. I hope that everyone enjoyed the 25 year old flashback to that time (if you missed it, click here or check out the Official MySpace page and read the Blog that contains the link and the playlist though I did spell "Kepone" as "Capone", but alas I am far too lazy... um... busy to go back and change it)...

Other than normalcy will be coming back soon there ain't much doin' here in the foothills of the mighty Alleghenies...

I think I should outsource the thinking part of this program to someone who can actually think of stuff...

Now what did you think we were going to present here? Though we can present the Flavour of the Week in a presentation type format such as PowerPoint so that all the groovy CEOs who read this can put it up on the big screens at their place of business and thusly have a legitimate excuse to kill an hour and to buy doughnuts for all the employees. This is a fine plan and we are most pleased with coming up with it...

Here at the Home Office we have been extremely busy lately with work, unfortunately this has nothing to do with the vast WeeSaul World International Empire. A local manufacturing facility has outsourced the design and construction of their abode on the Web to our company so we are in the construction phase of this project, but we are nearing completion of the first phase of implementation of the pages so things will be back to normal sometime in the very near future...

But we still have time for all the groovy things...

And here is the point when I describe in a great many words (far too many than are actually required) all that is going on in the world. OK, maybe not the world, but rather this little corner of the word. First of all, everyone give Dave a big high five for being the first to wish me a Happy Birthday and he gave a great question for the Flave to answer in the ole Qwizzy thing (sssshhhh, don't tell anyone that I'm not sure that the Qwizzy service will be with us much longer, but until it is officially removed from CyberSpace we shall use it to its fullest)...

Secondly, Ernie Hemingway and I had a great time on our mutual day of celebration. I know it is tough sharing a birthday with a legend, but I think Ernie has finally come to terms with it and he no longer wishes that a herd of bulls would trample me into a bloody pulp...

Thirdly, for all those who read this and who have not visited the MySpace arm of this vast Internet powerhouse, you may do so for it is free to the public - tons of pictures, a couple videos, a few Blog entries, tunes that I'm listening to at the moment. A fun time will be had by all...

We have been busy over the proceeding weeks with the MySpace experiment. We have added a great many photographs and at this point one video so we have not had a great deal of time to plan for this addition of the Flavour of the Week so we shall just wing it. For those of you who have not popped into the MySpace thing as of yet, we encourage you to do so - we got tunes, we got groovy pictures, we gotta video with things that go boom, we have poetry and other written babble. A good time is guaranteed for all...

In this regard, I will be putting my personal Blog on hold for a brief time so that all my energy and all the energy of those here at the home office can concentrate on putting the finishing touches on the MySpace area for there is much work to do and so little time to accomplish our goals and dreams - we shall condense time frames, we shall work our little piggy fingers to the bone, we shall divide and conquer our enemies, we shall build a dream and we shall flourish through the monster that we will create...

You can run on for a long time, run on for a long time, run on for a long time sooner or later you'll eat ice cream. As the tune popped into my head I wonder what Johnny Cash's favourite flavour of ice cream was. I am sure that it is recorded somewhere on this Information SuperHighway though I find that I'm far too lazy to search for the answer...

Anyhoo, we have the new hat available and yes, it was available for Bastille Day for those of you who wonder about such things. It did not turn out exactly as was expected for embroidery is far different than direct printing, but the design turned out kinda groovy so it will stay in its sort of camo text version. Interesting things often happen when one does not know the end results. So buy a hat or buy 100,000 to equip an army. Thank you...

Next on the agenda for the Company Store will be some postcards and/or greeting cards, but don't hold yer breath, it may be a while before they exist...

From a marketing prospective, the latest tentacle of this vast empire seems to be adding some new blood to the beast. The MySpace experiment is doing quite well though it needs some of its finer points tweaked just a bit, but it is looking good at the moment...
