Well, there I am, with my sexay new collar.  Obviously this is not a high-quality image, as it was captured on my webcam and not my actual camera.  I might take a few other pictures later, once the batteries are charged up.

Oh, and if the expression on my face seems odd, there's a simple explanation:  I had to tilt my head down some, to get the glare/reflection off my glasses, but I had to keep my eyes on the screen to make sure it looked right.  So yeah.  =P

And for those of you who have known me for a while and/or have seen older pictures of me:  Yes, I did cut my hair, about two weeks ago.  :p

So yes.  Me.  Collar.  Short hair.  Comments?  Questions?  ...Kumquats?  :D

yes, today i cut my hair short..its now into a bob. I did it all by myself to:) haha im proud:) it took me 2 hours to complete, but i think it was worth it. above is a pic of me,and a pic of all my hair that i cut off. Luckily, my parents did not get mad, and they liked it.:) Mikko likes it to:)

."It all started with a bottle of black gin."
.This story is called "The Misunderstanding." It is loosely based on true events that may have happened yesterday.

.The boy looked in the mirror. He no longer enjoyed the length of his hair. It still felt like it was bleached, for it had been a couple weeks before. He wanted a change. A short haircut. But where would he go to get his hair cut? Salons in the area would charge $20 for a simple, men's haircut and no wash. So, remembering that a friend had recently had her bangs done at Wal-Mart out of cheapness, he resolved to go there.

.He was seated fairly quickly. The woman who was to cut his hair was very young, very backwoods, but obviously cleaned up nicely. "I want it really short, but not too short, " the boy told her. "I'm thinking a 2 on top and a 1 1/2 on the sides and back." Jared had used these exact words with his personal hairdresser, Jamie, back home in Texas. It meant, "Use 2 inch clippers on top and 1 1/2 inch clippers on the sides." This was pretty short and would probably show his scar, but he was okay with that.

.The woman prepared the clippers--which seemed to be a task for her, as she had to be helped by another, more condescending hairdresser--and got to work. After one brush of the clippers, the boy realized something was terribly wrong. That was not two inches. Maybe a centimeter. Maybe. He freaked out. The woman freaked out. They freaked out together.

.The boy calmed down as the condescending hairdresser explained to him his mistake. "A 2 is the shortest size we have." They had thought he meant the size of the clipper, not the inch. The boy remembered his bald days and told the sad little hairdresser to continue. He could never stop reminding her that she had done nothing wrong, or else she might have run out crying. You see, he had discovered after this incident that it was the woman's first day. In fact, he was probably her second customer.

.After shaving it all off, they decided to dye it light brown to make it seem less "not there at all." And after it was all over, it cost more than it would have cost at a salon because of the dye. Jared decided to grin, bare it, and give the girl an enormous tip. It was her first day. He didn't want her to quit. She was just doing her job. Ultimately, he spent way more than he should have at Wal-Mart.

.The moral of the story, know what you're talking about and how it will be perceived before you say it. You could end up with an almost shaved head. (photos coming soon)
 
 
   
 

It's too cold

Hey!

Decided I'm not gonna tan just yet.

It's still really chilly out and it's kinda breezy. Brrrr...

I found a really cute way to wear my hair!

I needed some new hairstyles to wear while I'm in washington d.c.

I wouldn't wear it all the time, but it will work for now.

My hair used to be really short, then I let it grow out, so I had emo/punk looking bangs, and the back was short and spiky. Looks neat, but I want to grow it out.So it's almost down to my chin in the front, but I need to let Anne(my hair stylist) play with it.

I have also made a huge accomplishment!I can now walk in my two inch heels!

Before I got these shoes, I could barely walk in dress flats!

Yay! (this is huge ask my friends I'm a total clutz!)

Bah! Lol....I'm in a good mood today :-D. I got my hair cut today, she cut it to short and i almost cried but it looks so hot! Only 2 more days till stchool!! Today instead of packing I made a new mindsay layout lol. Comment and tell me what you think! I also made something else that only Chris knows about. Thats our secret! Well not really but okay... I'm straightening my hair then heading out for my walk, hope I don't get murdered!! Sorry to keep this short. I love you all.
