I started this blog to share health tips with others. Why? Because I hate to see people suffering from things that they don't have to suffer from if they gave their body the proper nutrition.
I've been dabbling in health food store remedies for many years.
When I was very young (a long time ago), I use to get kidney infections when I drank too much soda pop.
It hurt. I had a minister share with me about Echinacea and cranberry tablets or cranberry juice to help clear the infection up. I kept some on hand and took it when I felt a kidney infection coming on. I soon learned that echinacea was good for colds, etc.
It took me many years to learn to quit drinking soda pop and coffee completely. I loved it. I thought that's what you did when you ate; you drank soda with meals and you had coffee with your friends. WRONG! I now know to drink water and once in awhile some tea.
For years, I bought over the counter calicium tablets thinking I was helping my body. I found out I was wrong.
Calicium in the wrong form builds up around your joints and causes more pain. I was hurting all the time! I developed heel spurs. My knees hurt constantly and I wore a back brace with magnets for my back pain.
I thought I was just getting old and had to get use to the pain. I was so wrong!
I started taking ENIVA's Cal-Mag in liquid form in 2003 and the pain was gone in just a few days.
I suffered from hayfever allergies for years. I started taking Allerest when I was 12. Then Claritin and other allergy medicine. I never left home without something to take. I still sniffed and sneezed all the time even with the medication. In 2003, I was given a bottle of ENIVA's Germanium and I haven't taken allergy medicine since.
My husband and I don't get colds or flu because we take the ENIVA supplements.
