Yay that is a sarcastic statement there! Yet again we have something to say thank you to our US gov't for screwing us, the citizens again!
To the point that even the IRS is prety pist also!
For those of you who haven't been reading the news lately last month, it was brought to everyone's attention by the IRS, that the gov't screwed us for next years taxes and when we can file and the tax laws!
All because they have some stupid ass ppl who can't budget in our federal gov't!
And now that it is offical by not only the IRS but our gov't all the main news sorces have it out........you can NOT file your taxes till Febuary 11th if you are using these 5 forms:
- Form 8863, Education Credits.
- Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits.
- Form 1040A’s Schedule 2, Child and Dependent Care Expenses for Form 1040A Filers.
- Form 8396, Mortgage Interest Credit and
- Form 8859, District of Columbia First-Time Homebuyer Credit.
Guess what..........the middle class folks get screwed again! Parents get screwed again. College students and private school parents get screwed again. Home owners get screwed again.

I am soooooooooo farking pist. I always file my taxes in January so I am not stressing over it, I can get back bills paid off or almost off, and do something nice for my kids and hubby. But no thanks to our none budgeting over spending, taking care of every other farking country but our own gov't..........we are getting screwed again.

Thanks to my mom, everyone else in the family hates me and thinks I'm a worthless piece of shit.
I have been homeless for three days before, but still it was only three days. The nights were freezing my stomach growled and I lost a few pounds... What I don't know yet is to have people look at me like a piece of shit that didn't care about anything and got himself in that position. Most of us, when looking at a homeless person, we don't get a second thought, we just label them. We just hand them a few coins (if at all) and move on, we forget about them.
I don't know what to say anymore, I'm so close to being homeless... right now I just need help finding my wait out.
I was just told to get the fuck out of the house by the end of the month... what a great way to live right? A mom has a kid, doesn't raise the kid for crap and then just kicks them out... That's awesome. I hope mother fuckers like that die. I would not regret it.
Denied? DENIED?!?!? How do you pay for school when you are denied for the loan?
I applied for a student loan earlier this week and it was approved, but I had to have it electronically co-signed by my father. However, because I am STUPID I didn't double check his SSN and I entered it wrong and obviously if the info doesn't match, you can't sign for things.
So I called, and the guy told me that I needed to just cancel the approved loan, and apply for a second loan with correct info. Thought I was in the clear. But then they said it woild take a while to process. Well, they processed it as of this morning, and ... denied.
The woman on the phone said it was denied because there were 2 going at the same time. That's what we're hoping for. That she submits the appeal and they realize we're good people and that I need that money for school. But what if they don't? What if the fact that my dad's job is less-than-minimum wage (technically) because he owns the store makes the loan too risky and I have to drop out?
I feel so sick right now.
I am a second wife. I have no problem with being a second wife. I have a better understand how countries like Canada and the US screw over non custiodal parents which more often than not are fathers. There a lot of non custiodial mothers that also get screwed over and it has shown me that our countries' justice system is a peice of crap when it comes to divorce and cusotdy hearings.
My own husband was screwed over because he was trying to be a good father and work with his ex wife by NOT fighting her on full custody. She took that and ran with it by not allowing us to see the girls on his visitations, fighting our every move, accusing us of the abuse she did on the girls, and denying the girls any contact with us or any family memebers on her side that agreed with us that she was a piss poor parents. And of course the courts sided with her by making Randy pay off the entire debt of their marriage regardless of the fact that she was in the marriage. Even though he wasn't making that much at the time of the divorce and she was making a few dollars more the courts slammed the shit out of my husband on child support, insurance and anything that insurance didn't cover. And anyone married to a non custiodal parent knows that the non custiodal parent not only pays all that out because they want to take care of their children but they also set up the kids their own bedrooms, have clothes at their hosues that they pay for because a lot of custiodal parents don't send or give the kids clothes to go to visit their other parents. And that non custiodal parents also step up to the plate and help out by paying for things that the custiodal parent either can't or refuses to pay because they want to do something else with the child support money then take care of the children.
While my husband was going through his divorce and getting screwed over by the US courts, we read many many news articles out of Canada on how the Canadian Court System is 100 times worse on Non custidoal parents. So bad that non custiodal parents in Canada have a severly high sucide rate because the courts up there require outragoius amounts of money from the non custiodal parents even when the custiodal parents agree with the non custiodal parents! One case that we read about was of a gentleman that was recently laid off and with his lawyer and his ex wife and her lawyer worked out that he would pay what he could for support now and when he got a job would pay more and the back amounts. A court of law stepped in for no reason and demanded the man pay 1500 a month for 1 child, added alimony that his ex wife NEVER asked for and threw him in jail for a month for not paying anything because he couldn't! The man lost his apartment, his car, and was with out a job. Not because of his ex wife but because of hte court!
Now my brother is going through some shit which I still can't go into complete details over. He is basically getting screwed over by the CA court system and the military. Or I should say they are trying to screw him over. I think it is pretty bad that these court systems have set it up to believe every lil thing one spouse/parent has to say over another. Especially when it has been proven time and time again that the parent/spouse tha thas to defend themselves and gets raked over the coals is the better parent.
Now I just read that a NJ judge is allowing a mother to move to Japan with a divorced couple's 7 year old daughter. I am not sure if mom is a permenant citizen of the US or not but she is Japanesse. Dad is a US citizen. The dad is worried about ever seeing his daughter again which he has good cause. Japan is one of the few countries that didn't sign an international agreement on kidnapping and enforcing other countries parental rights. Mom is not going to be able to make enough money to send daughter home 3 times a year like US courts say she has to and if she chooses not to let her daughter have any contact with her dad, then dad has no recourse. This is terrible. The Judge who is allowing this sees no problem with allowing the mother and daughter to move back to Japan! NO PROBLEM! The problem is that the father will most likely never see his daughter again and the court is allowing the mother in a round about way do a kidnapping of the daughter.
Got to love getting screwed by your own country just because you are smart enough to realize that the other parent has more time for the child due to your job. Got to love getting screwed by your own country for putting your life on the line for the military and your wife is telling your child that your dead or don't want to see them and the military and state dhs won't do anything about it because your going through a divorce. Got to love getting screwed by your country for having the balls to say HEY why can't they pay out the ass for their child like I am doing!
This country needs a reality check and start realizing that children need both parents!
Failed test by 5 pts. So close! :( I called the review board to see if I could get the fee waived for a retake ($225.00) due to extenuating circumstances...I was told "had you read the handbook and called the day before, you could have postponed the test due to an 'act of god'"...When I told her that I DID in fact call the day before for just that reason and had been told that I HAD to take it or forfeit the test and the fee, since it was later than 3 days even when I explained to the person what had happened, she repeated that it was too late to reschedule it.
I was upset from failing, upset from the burglary, and getting spoken to in a degrading kindergarten tone when now it is perfectly blatant that one hand doesnt know what the other hand is doing in that office, I hung up on her with a loud explecative @#$%!
Meanwhile I am really trying not to dwell on negative feelings and thoughts. The area that I messed up on was in the physiology/kinesiology area. I will call back today and hope I get to speak with someone that can help me waive the fee to retest, if not, I will write them a letter of complaint, but not alot that will do...it is all a money making scheme anyway, too many people in the pot under the guise of 'regulating the massage industry."
Wanna know what I think? Regulate damned prostitution. Then that will take those out of the 'profession' that are not legit, and the rest of us can get down to doing what we do best.
How embarassing to fail. Costly to. And I was in so much pain in my leg and glute all morning, its been building up these last few weeks again, and I am sure the stress of the day before didnt help, but I did go get a massage and saw the chiropractor. Who still wants me to move my office over to his, and work out of one of the rooms there. Its something to consider greatly. I wouldnt have all this overhead draining me. He is supposed to have a quote put together by Friday when I go back in for my hip.
Maybe I should just say the hell with it? I feel like all I am doing is fighting left and right, one thing after another to keep this office open.Between physical trauma, financial strain, and this stupid test. State of GA will be licensing soon on top of all this, even tho I am licensed by the city, I will have to give yet another fee and testing to yet someone else who wants to get in on it. City, State, National. I may just say the hell with it.
I better get dressed now, the Security people are coming here at 9. Maybe they will bring my tv back and say, it was just a test to show you how vulnerable you were, like that show "it takes a thief"
