There's more trouble on the horizon for newlywed and Creed frontman Scott Stapp, 32. Us Weekly has learned exclusively that a sex tape involving the singer and fellow musician Kid Rock, 35, is set to be released.

The tape shows both stars involved in explicit sex acts on a tour bus while touring together six years ago. The two don't engage in any sex acts together, but are seen and heard talking to one another during the acts.

Footage was acquired by the Red Light District, the same company that distributed Paris Hilton's infamous sex tape One Night in Paris.

"We acquired the tape from a third party" says Red Light's president David Joseph. "We haven't decided exactly what we are doing with it but our goal is to release it towards the middle or end of this year."

Representatives for Kid Rock and Stapp could not be reached. Stapp wed former Miss New York Jaclyn Nesheiwat, 25, on February 10 in Miami. He was arrested for public drunkeness the following day at LAX airport while enroute to his honeymoon in Hawaii. Stapp was treated for substance abuse in December 2004.

I feel so bad cuz the highlight of my day is whenever some one sends me music, especially him. i don't know what it is, but i love it when people send me music. But damn it...I like three and only three Creed songs: "One", "My Own Prison", and...uh...fuck, what was that song that was in "Scream 2"? uh....shit....fuck, i just had it, too...."What If"! lol. luckily the song he sent me was "My Sacrifice", which isn't that bad. (it's the only Creed song he has, but god forbid he ever gets more i let him know that they're not my favorite) i told him that i'd download it anyway and think of him every time i heard it, and i wasn't lying, i did download it, and i'm listening to it now, and god damn it, I feel even WORSE because he was like, "i decided to send this to you because i think you'd like it", and if Scott Stapp wasn't such a fucking bastard i probably would like it a lot cuz i can actually relate to it, lol. When I'm not laughing, the words i hear make me say, "Aw, i know how that feels." Fucking Scott Stapp. I think it's so cute, though. like, i keep giggling cuz that's how cute I think it is, cuz he didn't know and it was a really shitty coincidence for him, so i seriously feel really, really bad, but it's completely worth it simply because it was sent from him. I feel so bad though. Now i hate Scott Stapp even more!!! God damn son of a bitch and his fucking egotistical stupid hypocrit cunt manerisms!!! fuck you Scott Stapp!!! god damn it, lol. I hope he doesn't take it the wrong way, i really meant it light heartedly, cuz shit, he didn't know, and if he did, he might have send it anyway, but that would be another story. i think this totally just made my day. now i'll be able to go talk to Ed about all this fucked up drama cuz i'll just walk back into my room, play this song, and think to myself, "Aw, god damn you Scott Stapp," lol. God i hate that guy so much! :P

UPDATE: NO FUCKING WAY!!!! i just looked up this music video because i remembered that there was one and i saw it, but i couldn't remember what it was. I FUCKING HATED THIS VIDEO!!! LOL!!!! the only parts i liked where the end and the fucking random tiger. (Now he's cool...or she...) Oh damn it, i hate you so much Scott Stapp. It's not fair because this song has such great lyrics and everything! tell me this isn't silly:

When Scott Stapp and members of 311 got together in a Baltimore hotel on Thanksgiving, it wasn't exactly a cordial holiday celebration. In fact, according to 311's Doug "SA" Martinez, it was quite the opposite.

On Thursday night, Martinez, bassist P-Nut and drummer Chad Sexton were sitting in the lounge of the Harbor Court Hotel with their wives, watching a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game. Suddenly an "out of his mind" Stapp entered the lounge, and from there things got ugly.

"He was acting out of control, looking for attention and being loud and obnoxious. He walked up to the bar, took a shot of whiskey and then slammed the shot glass down on the bar, and it shattered everywhere," Martinez told MTV News. "Then he got into it with some patrons and all of a sudden he's walking up to us and telling us how much of an inspiration we were to him. And it was nice, but we had all just eaten our Thanksgiving dinner, and he was drunk, so it got really annoying really quickly.

"After a while he went back to the bar and was looking for attention. And then a few minutes later, he came back to the table where my wife was, sat down across from us and wanted attention," Martinez continued. "So eventually, since [no one] was forthcoming, he said some disrespectful things towards my wife and I set my glass down and asked him what he said, and then Chad came over and said, 'Don't talk to her that way,' and Scott got up and Chad followed him."

Martinez said things quickly escalated from there, as Stapp turned and "sucker-punched" Sexton in the face — inadvertently hitting Martinez's wife in the process.

"And all of a sudden it was on. I threw a punch and hit Scott. He went down. Then Chad came over and hit Scott too," Martinez said. "At that point we held Scott down until hotel security came to break it up. Then the police arrived, escorted Scott to his room and then told him to get out of the hotel."

A spokesperson for Stapp did not return MTV News' requests for comment on the altercation, and according to the Baltimore police department, no charges have been filed. The melee left Martinez with a fractured knuckle on his right hand, which he fitted with a soft cast the following day. P-Nut reopened a surgery scar in the fight, though Martinez isn't exactly sure how that happened.

"Everything happened so quickly, man. Like stuff was getting knocked over, and that's maybe how P-Nut got hurt," he said. "I mean, I haven't been in a fight since probably third grade, so the whole thing was pretty surreal. It was out of control. Scott was enraged. And as we were holding him down, I felt really bad for him. I was concerned for him ... But at least the Lakers won."
