Ash-Only Saturday

Since Shelly was away freezing her arse off in Blackpool for the weekend, today was an Ash-only Saturday. I like the odd Ash-only day. :)
Sure, I like spending my private time alone with Shelly, and I love the way we are together in our group of three - but Ash-only days are mint in their own little way. We can play games that would normally bore Shelly and discuss matters of a similar nature. And of course, I can discuss RCP matters and ensure I get 100% feedback - because normally, Shelly isn't ever arsed to contribute and I think it influences Ash a bit.

Before she came, I bit the bullet and decided to play a new game. I'm now at the point where there's too many of them and they won't all fit in the "to be played wallet" - and they're never to be moved to the "to be completed wallet" until they've actually been played. I'm proper OCD about my games wallets like. :)

So I started playing Ed, Edd 'N' Eddy: The Mis-Edventures. It's actually a lot better than what I expected. Yes, it seems to be short - there's only like 8 levels, on avarage taking about 20 minutes each - so it is a game I could complete in a day - but there's a lot of collectibles to it, and I love sweet obsessive collecting. (Unless it's to collect 1,000,000 roses. :P)
The movies between levels are fairly amusing, just as the cartoons were - the voice actors don't let up and there's tons of humour and jokes relating to the cartoon and the episodes that only true fans, like myself, would understand. :)

When Ash arrived, she then persuaded me to play two more new games - Freak Out and Lesuire Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude.

Freak Out is the weirdest pile of shite I've ever seen. :)
It's actually beyond description on several factors. The whole game is animated with a cel-shaded style, but with a slightly darker edge to it. The main monsters are curvy girls wearing bikinis, their hair up in pigtails and their faces are simple three stroke smileys like these: :).
Their tits are three times the size of their bodies and as they walk, they wobble about all over the screen. Oh, and they can also use their tits like a helicopter to regain ground if they happen to blunder off the edge of a cliff.

To kill them, you need to grab their hair with your "demon scarf".
Ash and I were pissing ourselves, but our amusement quickly turned to simply a: "WHAT THE FUCK MATE..."

And as for Lesuire Suit Larry - I fucking love it, Ash hates it. :)
She doesn't really like it because of the mini-game mission aspect, but I don't suppose she appreciates so much vulgar adult humour. Ash's sense of humour is slightly more sophisticated than mine. :)

When mam and dad were both out - we played Guitar Hero 5 and I did some of the drum challenges. Naturally, I was skanking about on Expert + - but with auto-kick and sometimes No Fail cheats on. Saying that, I was scoring around 98% - and sometimes I actually was kicking the kick pedal, even though it was set to auto-kick. Some of the challenges were a pile of piss, but I reckon some of them, I'll need Shelly as well as Ash backing me up as the star power hoarders. :)

Mam and dad went to ASDA shortly after and refilled the vast emptiness that were our fridge and cupboards.
Ash and I ate hot dogs and discussed Spieluhr. Finally, thanks to a little piece of paper - Ash might have a chance at remembering her damn lyrics. Writing it down phonetically for her was a mint idea. :D

Oh, and then she agreed to let me paint her face up with the corpse-style face paint and baby powder. It was fun - though she did squirm about a bit. But I'm careful, I never got any in her eyes or up her nose. This is just our first attempt - when we do it for real, it'll be thicker, her eyes will be darker and her lips will be less blue - but I think it's alright for my first go.

And because she's strange, she insisted she go home like that. Whatever turns you on Ash. :P

FUCKING PRICK...

For the majority of the day, I've not felt the best. I've been slightly lapsed for a while now - but Shelly did manage to cheer me up slightly. We played Canis Canem Edit together and Guitar Hero 5.
Shelly came at about 3 in the afternoon because she was spending the night after coming with us to Ian's Halloween party.
Mam had bought mini bags of Haribo Starmix for the brats who knock on the door and she said I couldn't have any - but I snaffled some when she wasn't looking. :P

Although the party was pretty good - I had a laugh with Christine, talked with Laura about film-making, talked with Mark about games - had a laugh with Lisa and her friend in the kitchen - drank a few bottles of iron brew WKD and cuddled up with Shelly on the sofa for a while - it was dad who had to go and ruin it.

And he didn't just ruin the party for me - he ruined the whole of tonight. He's SUCH a fucking ARSEHOLE.
He's starting to make me hate him again. A while back I disliked mam for being bitchy all the time, but she's settled down, she's just a knob when it suits her - but dad's a total fucking prick all the time.
And this is tripled, maybe even quadrupled when he's drunk.

He ALWAYS, without fail - will upset me when I'm drunk - but apparently he upset Christine as well - he upset Shelly by being a general arsehole, touching her up - and not just her, Lisa and Amy as well - and I know that mam wasn't best pleased with him either.

Not only this - but when we got home - Shelly and I were cuddled up on the floor and duvet pile together - some chavs had set fire to a car outside, so we had mam mooching about being generally nosey - all these fire engines and police cars going by at two in the morning with their lights and sirens going - then this inflamed car decided to start randomly EXPLODING. Shelly and I were just like SERIOUSLY WTF.

After this drama, we all settled down and tried to get back to what we were doing - dad decides to blunder about naked on the landing, throwing up all over the carpet and the suitcase by the ottoman. So he's being noisy, as well as flashing everything to Shelly who was unfortunate enough to catch a glimpse when she was going to the toilet.
And as a result of him throwing up everywhere - he kept mam awake as well as us - he was pissing about mopping everywhere up with toilet roll for about 45 minutes - then there was the racket of mam getting the mop bucket out.

It was like the first time in ages I was in a reasonable mood, I wasn't TOO depressed - thus rendering my sex drive reasonably okay - and he just had to go and turn me RIGHT off. Vomit is one of my phobias, for a start - but I couldn't feel at all comfortable knowing he was falling about like a twat on the landing outside the door and mam was dragged away to clean up after him.
I felt really sorry for her actually - I'm just glad she didn't have work on Sunday and dad did - ha, the twat, that'll fucking teach him.

Bungaslow Events! :D

As my drunken blog did state, today we took a trip to Ash's BUNGASLOW. :D
It's like a one-storey house that moves at 2 miles per hour. :)

Oh, I have to make that a tradition. Every time I come back from somewhere drunk, I need to try and document it. It's so funny reading them over and decoding them when you're sober again.

Tracey was reading them - which I didn't mind - but she was reading them out loud. Most of the time it was funny - just when she read lines like "I like pussy so that makes me a lesbian" - I was just like OMGSHUTUPREALLY. :/

Ash and I didn't think that Shelly would actually end up coming, because it did get to around half 1 and there was still no sign of her - even after attempting to ring her mobile - but she did end up coming, and with her, bearing a bag of cakes and stuff left over from last night's party.

We spent the majority of the day in Ash's room, mooching through my planned script ideas I'd brought along on my memory stick. I was even wearing my newly-transferred RCP logo T-shirt. :)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My Halloween costume came in the post today. I just had to take it along with me to see what they all thought. Naturally, it lead to everyone trying on the mask and the headpiece. :)
It's an evil jester - a half-black, half black-and-white-chequered suit with a silly jester's hat, skull trims and a skull mask. It's sooooo epic. :D

And thankfully, due to the price of it - we're not going to just use it for Halloween - we're planning on using it for some of our future music videos. It ought to work well.

We told Tracey of our problem with obtaining a dress for Ash - in effect, I told her last night when I was drunk - and she's agreed to make one for us. A pink and white gingham one, by the sounds of things. :)
I just can't imagine Ash in a dress. Imagine it with pink and white striped socks too - oh my word. :)

We're proper making her paranoid, we're not telling her what we keep talking in code about. :)
Then Tracey put her hair in plaits - oh it was SOOOO cute. :D
Ash didn't seem amused about it like - but she's SO having her hair like that for the Spieluhr video. It would go so well.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We played a combination of Guitar Hero 5, Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits and Guitar Hero: World Tour.
Alternation on vocals - we even got Ash to do a few - as a penalty for losing a pro-face-off against Shelly, of course. Ash's skill has really decreased lately...

We played my custom Saria's Song, and we got this really weird screenshot.
I was playing on Expert bass and I don't think I missed any, but look at the score. It says 128%!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And a photo of me with two jelly shoes up my nose.
I made the "my nose is running" joke, naturally...

And a creepy yet oddly cute photo of Ash with some wacky red-eye. :D

Gah, No More Boring Saturdays!!

I'm hoping that my new idea will put an end to this constant Saturday boredom the three of us are facing.
I suggested to Ash and Shelly that we start a new YouTube channel together, under our production name: Rolling Chair Pictures.
Naturally, we already have The Wheelchair - and I mentioned I wouldn't mind re-making it, because there's just so much more you can add to it. (Speaking of which, I need to re-upload the link to the blog ages ago, because I've taken it off my solo account and I'm in the process of moving it to our RCP account.
Then we have our film trailer - which I just need to revamp a little bit and change the music so I'm not bombarded with copyright warnings left, right and centre.
Upcoming coursework ideas are of course, the Abigail film sequence and Spieluhr music video - so we have those to add. I have a big wodge of ideas in my head, but I need to think about some of them a little more before I finalise them and start writing scripts.

The three of us were bored again - sitting around just trying out some instrument challenges on GH5 and sharing out two pizzas between us.
Oh, and of course, I got Ashleigh to talk to Billy, the chat bot. :)

ASHLEIGH> i've herd the sun is awesome.
BILLY> if i had the sun, i would cherish it!
ASHLEIGH> it lives in the sky
BILLY> i think my sky is broken.
ASHLEIGH> The sky is fine
BILLY> is your sky broken?
ASHLEIGH> the sky can't be broke
BILLY> i think my sky is broken.
ASHLEIGH> it can't brake
BILLY> sky a heard very put great i before!!!
ASHLEIGH> I've never ran to the sun
BILLY> actually, my girlfriend has the sun.
ASHLEIGH> you have a girlfriend?
BILLY> daisy, my girlfriend, is the apple of my eye.
ASHLEIGH> she sounds nice
BILLY> why don't you marry her?
ASHLEIGH> ebcuse she is your girlfriend
BILLY> do you know her?
ASHLEIGH> no, you mentioned her

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ash also convinced me to try out Hunk.
He's not been played on by his new owner until today. So I played through an hour or so of Fable.
From what I've played so far, it's pretty epic. There's a lot of complex controls involved, but that's what I like in epic RPGs. It looks massive too, I reckon it's a candidate for a half-term break addiction.

Oh, and I've spent a lot of today sucking out the life blood of the two of them - getting them to play the 1,000,000 roses level on We Love Katamari for me. :P

It's saturday night
Enough of those blues. I called a friend of mine and I'll catch him later.. quite late - 1:00 am - that's when he leaves his shift.

I slept during the day and then I cleaned the house just in time for dinner. I spent the whole time with my speaker system playing some good mood inducing dance music. On its loudest setting. Then I also plugged-in a parallel FM emitter and tuned in with the Hi-Fi system across the house. The place was rocking.

I'm ready for the weekend :)
