Ehem
In case you were wondering, I have not deleted my previous post, but I have made it private.

I decided, to keep arguments from spiraling into non sequitur ad infinitum I need to slow down the crossfire. I will be screening replies so that this blog's chief administrator can stay on top of the information being dispensed.

I will only deny posts that are hateful or nonsensical, but I will not block replies that exposes a reader's stupidity to the rest of us.

Also, I may take a break from this blog for a while. School is in high gear, and attempting to earn this civil engineering degree is a bitch.

I may just simply take my time in responding to the shitstorm of replies that have accumulated in just one day, but we'll see what happens.

And now, for something random...
Security Level: Low (Public / Everybody)

It is 2:11am, and I just brewed a fresh, hot and sweet cup of coffee.  Prior to this, I was dozing off.

MindSay > Customize Blog > Create an Introduction Post Current Status

When you create an introduction in MindSay, it shows up in your blog, right underneath the header pic, if you have one.  I will start using that to post my current status (see above). The current status feature in MySpace and Facebook has got to be one of the only things I like about those two sites, even if I don't update them as much.

Mobile Suit Gundam: SEED

Remember that entry about the anime files on CD that my sister's boyfriend let me borrow?  Believe it or not, I just started ripping them today.  For some reason, I started with Mobile Suit Gundam SEED... Why?  I don't know!  I could've started with either Trigun or Initial D...

Full Synthetic Lube:

On Friday, I went to the dealership because my Maintenance Minder kept on showing up as soon as I start the car.  It wasn't a big deal, knowing that I needed an oil change.

When I got to the dealership's service center, they recommended that I get Full Synthetic oil because it's better for Civic Si's.  I've been warned many times not to get Full Synthetic because once I start using it, I can never go back to regular oil.  But they guy at the dealership told me that I can always go back to using regular oil anytime.

QUESTION 1: Is this true: I can switch back to regular oil after using Full Synthetic motor oil?

QUESTION 2: Is it really "better" for my car as far as engine lubrication and gas mileage?

Anyway, while I'm temporarily caffeinated and fully charged, I'll be working on replying and commenting.

The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly

Let's see, the work day was boring. Nothing else to report there, other that what has been said in past blog's.  I get to go back tomorrow, or Saturday to pick up next weeks scheadule.  If its as bad as this week's I plan on leaving a letter to management, and start work my way up the food chain, like I did last time they tried this crap with my scheadule.

Anyway, upon coming home. I ate dinner which was delivered to the house.  Chicken fingers. Then I decided to find an old chain that was on my mind. It is one that I had determined to be to small.  So if found its "spare parts" and made it longer. Then found the pendant that went with said chain. So I've got that on now.

This was while watching star trek voyager, then csi, which is still what is on my TV. The next TV program will TNA wrestling , and then who know's. I don't work tomorrow, so I can be up as late as I feel like I want to be up.

So, what's on my mind that I haven't mentioned. Nothing much. What patron saint medal should I wear? Here's a website for some idea's on patron saints. I already know of catholic shop in west Seneca where I can get medals.  Other then that random thought. Nothing else to mention.

Do you want me to discuss any subject? Please let me know. As you can see, I am sort of short on idea, and tired of repeating the same old crap everyday. Thus the lack of blog entries.

Fishing, talking, and relativity

I have had a question about the photo posted here on the site. Yep, that's really me and I am really holding that fish. What is truly amazing is that I had just finished catching that fish. Now, if you know me at all, or if, in fact, you have even met me, then you know that I am no fisherwoman. But Justin asked so nicely that I share in one of his favorite hobbies, how could I refuse? And this was the result. Me, decked out in a Coors Light fisherman's hat and holding a squirmy little walleye (soon to be set free after being forever immortalized in pictures). That was my first ever fishing experience and while it wasn't terrible, I would rather have drifted in the boat, enjoying the sunshine and reading a good (or even not so good) book. Ah well, guess that's why I'm me.

And for the record...that was the second fish I caught that day. The first was "accidentally" dropped overboard by Justin as he was trying to restrain the wily fellow.

Next, for the few who have dropped by to visit, I have recieved a few complaints about the inability to reply on this site. Sorry. Hm, I didn't even try to sound convincing there. Ok, I'm not sorry, just new to blogging. That was something I didn't know to check out when getting my first blog. So if you want to leave a comment, you'll have to join Mindsay. At least it's free. And if you don't want to do that, then email me with your comments; I am totally fine with that. They won't ever appear on the blog, unless I find them worthy and reprint them, but at least I will know what you think.

Finally, I was talking to Mom today and she said, "it is so nice out today". This caused me to screw my face into a mask of horror and made her laugh out loud. I politely informed her that "it is 20 degrees outside" and she said "yes, but yesterday it was 2." Comparatively speaking, she was correct, it was nice out today. Still, it never ceases to amaze how the average Minnesotan can justify the weather in slightly less time that it takes to kill a mosquito. So relatively, it was nice out today. But realistically, it is still damn cold.
