Real Estate Agent @ MindSay
Devin O'Branagan's new novel, RED HOT PROPERTY, was released this week! It is an awesome book. It is a seriocomic tale of two rookie real estate agents: single mom Molly O'Malley, and a gay man who calls himself "The Queen of Real Estate". And, of course, there is the office mascot, Talisman DeMitiri, a gorgeous Australian shepherd. The novel deals with many important issues, including the stance of the Catholic Church on homosexuality and the humane treatment of animals.
Visit the novel's website at www.RedHotNovel.com
While you're there check out the Best Friends Charity Raffle. The winner of the raffle will have their pet featured in this novel's sequel, RED HOT. The winning animal's name and likeness will be used as a character in the new book. The winner will be either Talisman's friend or foe, romantic interest or romantic rival. It's going to be a lot of fun for all involved, and the animals at Best Friends Sanctuary will benefit the most.
Buying or selling your home can be a stressful situation. That's why it's so important that you choose the correct realtor to help you through the process.
GMAC real estate has a high standard. They expect the every real estate agent to adhere to what they call the premier service.
What is GMAC's premier service?
1. GMAC expects their realtors to perform three different roles. The first important fucntion is to be the trusted advisor. They are to listen to a client's needs and make suggestions to reach their goals.
2. Real estate associates are expected o be skilled negotiators that always have the client's interest at heart.
3. Expert facilitating to a prompt and competent closing is their third goal.
With such high standards, GMAC should be one of the first real estate companies you consider. As always be sure that your real estate agent is compatible to your personality. You don't want to spend several months with a person you can't relate to or don't want to spend time with. There are times that buying and selling a home can be a quick process. Other times, it may take a while. That means you may be dealing with thi person for many, many months...
I always like to share what I find on the net. This is an excellent resource for anyone that is looking for Cary NC Real Estate. I've visited tons of sites, some of them to browse at real estate prices. Other sites I've visited have been for reviews I've been asked to write. Why does this one impress me?
Anyone that is familiar with real estate knows about the commission. I'm not against real estate commissions, heck I was going to get my license. It's how agents make their money. This site is slightly different. It's fee is even less than Foxton's (at a very low 1%). This is an excellent deal for the person that is looking to keep as much of their asking price as is humanly possible.
One more impressive tool ListWise has is the ability to let the visitor search for homes by zip code. I hadn't seen that before. This tool is excellent for parents. If you are looking for property within a certain area (because of their school district), this makes it easier. (That's why I live in my current home. I wanted my children to attend this school district, which was ranked at the top of my county.)
Just wanted to share this great resource, hope someone finds it useful! If you've been keeping track of my blog, it is currently 2:24am on the East Coast. I'm keeping my buddy insomnia, company.....again.
ATTENTION dear mindsay friends ... mercy has prevailed. (Duncan , what can I say?) I am free to go about building my real estate business (why couldn't I live in one of the many thriving metropolis's ... ahhh but then no Steelers. Always a trade-off!) and extend my sales base at the NEW store starting tomorrow.
OPEN HOUSE today Check it out! Tell me what you think!
Hmm. Haven't blogged for a while. Guess it's coz I didn't have much to say. And now I think about it I still don't have much to say. First week back at school was slright I suppose. It was actually kinda boring, didn't really do much. I've realised I only have one class in which we actually do work. Physics we never do anything. Chem we have in the library for the rest of the term. Methods we're sposed to be teaching ourselves the work. English we're listening to orals. And that leaves specialist maths. Fun fun fun. This week I also had my last bar course lesson and passed my test which is good. Friday night I did absolutly nothing. I fell asleep before dinner at like 8. Saturday I went to the national library to do some english research. Then went out to the movies and saw serenity. Not the best movie I've seen, but it wasn't too bad. Saturday night I went to my boyfriends house for his birthday dinner with his family. That was slightly intimidating. Today I really have to start and finish my english oral. Plus I have to clean my room and the rest of the house. And, as you can see, I am procrastinating. I'll get to work now.
The real estate agent just arrived... in a shiny silver porsche carrera. We pay him money to sell our house which gets him more money to buy a car like that.
