If any of you watch 60 Minutes, you may or may not have seen the interview with Randy Pausch. He was a professor at Carnegie Mellon who had pancreatic cancer, and from watching this interview I was really touched. So I bought his book call
The Last Lecture. I'm only about half way through, but it's amazing. I would have considered it an honor to have taken his classes, or to have even met the man. Anyone looking for a book recommendation, here you go. It's a National Bestseller, and already I can see why. He talks about his life lessons and gives great advice, I love it. And all my sympathy goes out to his family. I couldn't imagine my husband dying at 47 when I still had 3 young children. I'm ever so glad I chose to watch 60 minutes that day. =]
