Ten random facts about myself, as per cas
1. I had my first employee at the age of 11. I ran a corner vegetable stand selling to the local campgrounds in the Adirondacks in my 4rth-9th grades. One day I asked my mom to put some of her homemade breads and other items out there at my stand and paid her commission. Always an entrepeneur at heart!
2. I got my first tattoo at 36 and since then I have now a grand total of 6. All have meanings that are very special to me.
3. I became born again in 1994. Filled with the Holy Spirit in 1995. I have always seen Angels and communicated with God, seeing visions. Often times warning me of situations that I will encounter. I have prayed and laid hands on folks since I was a child and didnt even know what I was doing and felt an incredible peace and warmth come over me and those I encounter.
4. I have been a foster mom to over 30 children, adopted 2 older boys.
5. I am a cancer survivor. I had cancer at the age of 25 and ended up having a complete hysterectemy.
6. My first marriage proposal was from a Foreign exchange student from Nigeria. He was tall dark and very handsome and I was short chubby and white. (LOL!) I loved him like the world would end.
7. I am a restless spirit and have moved over 20 times in my lifetime. Hubby and family joke that our furniture should all be on wheels. I think my natural Father must be gypsy.
8. I like to sleep in the buff ( sorry for the visual!)
9. I hate washing silverware! I will leave them for my hubby to wash, lol! Seriously. OH.. and I hate folding socks and underwear..just stuff them in a drawer I say, which so goes against everything in my hubz..lol!
10. Oh.. and I can't stand to have the covers tight around my feet, tucked in? No way.. gotta flip them out and around and fluff them up!

6 Weird things about me: - Well, according to my children, there is NOTHING weird about me, so I have listed random facts, interesting or boring - no matter!
- I gave up my privacy for "lent" ... about 20 years ago and never reclaimed it.
- I have a "thing" for YELLOW (lemon yellow).
- I have three piercings in each ear but I seldom wear any earrings, and when I do, they drive me MAD.
- Apparently, although I cannot confirm this, I snore on occasion. ;)
- Since school is out, I'm reading novels just for fun ... all different genres! (including some lovely, trashy romances!)
- Favorite fast food is Chinese!

Get pissed and hope that someone's around to get it back for me

I try to be.

My inner arm, ankle, or calf.

Not most of them. Almost everyone has moved away.
8) What do you consider a vacation?
Traveling somewhere I wanna go for at least a week and I'm not visiting anyone.

Not anymore.
10) Would you move for the person you loved?
Maybe. i tend to be dumb like that.

Sometimes

If you're a magnet. or an atom. or if you want to try something new.

an actress, but a sex researcher is more realistic.
14) Favorite channel(s)?
Animal Planet, Comedy Central, and the History Channel. Discovery and the Food Network are cool, too. MTV2 used to be. (we'd only get it as a sample every now and then)

Away
16) Showers or Baths?
Showers. I haven't had a bath in a long time.
17) Do you paint your nails?
No
18) Do you trust people easily?
Not as much as you'd think.
19) What are your phobias?
Spiders and the developmentally disabled. Zombies and unfriendly ghosts are pretty fucking scary, too.
20) Do you want kids?
Maybe someday.
21) Do you keep a handwritten journal?
Not anymore.
Bird droppings are white because they contain the chemical uric (YUR-ik) acid. Uric acid is a waste product of an animal's body that must be gotten rid of. Mammals eliminate uric acid by passing it out of their bodies in urine. For birds, reptiles and insects it is passed out along with other waste from the intestines.
So by that logic if we didn't pee i guess that would make our crap white.
