Rain Bunnies @ MindSay

It's been raining for the past two days. And it hasn't be the nice kind either. There's been no sunshine no rainbows just a whole lot of cold wet and muddy. One minute it will be raining cats and dogs then it will stop and I'll think the rain is finally going to stop and it will be sunny again, then the next thing I know it's cats and dogs again.

I've lived in Michigan all my life so you'd figure I'd be used to our sporadic weather by now. But no, I still hate it. This is supposed to be spring, I want warm weather with lots of green things around. I want to see hopping happy little bunnies not dark gloomy clouds and thunder.

But Spring in Michigan is not like Spring any where else. We have fall and winter type weather until like mid April then it's a hot and muggy 90^o with humidity that makes it feel like a 100 and up temperature. So, if you really think about it, Michigan kind of only has two seasons, The Hot One and The Cold One.

But I still wouldn't want to be any other place in the world, weather and all, Michigan is a great place to live.

[Update: It Warm up guite nicely. No more rain, or gloomy clouds. It's warmed up to a comfortable 50 degrees or so. No bunnies and rainbows yet but it's beginning to look like spring :) ) 

well we had a good 10 minutes of rain. everything outside was soaked and the thunder&lightning made me jump. i like rain, i think it looks awesome when it falls and splashes. but thunder and lightning -- no thank you.

right now it's 8:10 and i've been straightening my hair for about an hour and ourty-five minutes, madness! and it isn't even straight! and now it's 8:24 and there's no difference, crap dammit. i really want it to be straight for the last day of school, you know, be special (plus i'm going to a movie). 9:10 i'm done the straightening, three or so hours of doing something that will be ruined while i sleep. oh well, now it won't take as long in the morning.

honestly, i think jon heder (who plays napoleon dynamite) is kinda hot...

tomorrow it the last day. the last exam. then i'm done 'til september, thank god. this year was excellent, but i don't feel like sweating my way through another day in my uniform. luckily i'm only in my uniform for 3 or 4 hours tomorrow. and then once the exam's over, i'm gone to a movie (<3 ;)), then laura's. :)
then shopping wednesday!
