Plotting @ MindSay

A fast update of a bit of everything. 

 

1.  I have started getting my mail on an every other day biases!  My moms is sooo proud of me!  I started because I was waiting for checks to come in for the kids and various First Communion presents from all the family and "pagany" friends that sent to them.  Now I am waiting on my checks to come in.  So now that I have gotten in the habit we can start actually "writting".  Craftywench dear, I need you to email us full addy and your mini me's name and your name again.  DeLaney said she won't promise any decent letters (they just got done with proper letter writing at school so she is burnt out) but she will write!

 

2.  I was very upset with my TKD Academy instructor Monday and ran into Aj's wife yesterday and told her why.  It looks like my cousin's wife has been talking and the owner/instructor is beleiving every word she has to say about me.  Which is funny as hell cause the stuck up bitch doesn't KNOW me, doesn't talk to me outside of saying hi, and thinks I am "white trash" cause I don't dress in brand name clothes.  Carrie is upset over this cause she had to deal with my cousin's wife talking shit about her last year.  AJ is going to talk to me Friday cause he is worried that after we get our black belt at the end of this year beginning of next year instead of stickign around that we will leave the Academy.  AJ knows that I don't put up with this type of shit but I am also not going to play highschool bull shit games, I'll call the instructor and cousin's wife out and be dayumed any family fall out.

 

3.  After 7 years (i though it was 5 until my moms counted back) I actually took myself to my hair stylist and got my hair colored.  The kdis and I got our hair cut Wensday or Thrusday last week and I splurged on hair color yesterday.  I think I look kick ass hot with my new do.  The bottom half of my hair is a purply reddish brown and the upper layers are reddish brown.  So when I put my sides up you can see the purple and when I actually blow dry curl my bangs you can see it also!  My hair stylist instead of charging me for my length which at the moment is short and thickness of my hair (usually takes a lot of dye for my hair even when short) she charged me just for shortness for two different dyes even though the bottom dye she used a full bottle of it she said!  I was very happy over not paying close to 100 for my dye like normal!  It was closer to 50!

 

4.  I don't know if I told you all about the plan I had in plotting progress but I started it.  At the end of May when my kdis get out of school, instead of taking them on their first camping trip, they will be staying with Pappo and Mammo (Unless daddy is home those two days) while Mommy is bettering herself.  I registered for 1 of 6 classes to start my certificate/licensing process to become a Certified and eventually Licensed Drug/Alchohal (sp?  can't ever spell that word) Counselor!  The total amoutn of classes is $1300.00 but you only pay for the class your taking.  And if the class that is scheduled doesn't fit in your schedule you just wait for the next one to be listed, it doesn't hurt you!  It is through the Lincoln Medical Center and a program called TAP out of Lincoln.  The series of classes are held every 6 months.  Sometimes on the Western/Central parts of the state and the other times on the Eastern/Central part of the state.  Right now they are in the Western/Central parts of the state but I am going down to a weekend class in Lincoln the day my kdis get out of school for the first class.  I have NOT told Randy yet, because Randy told NOW would come up with a way to sabatoge my plans and he wouldn't even realize it.  Once it comes closer I will inform him and he will get over it.  My parents and my sister (and one friend) are stepping to the plate to help with the kids especially when it comes to the week long classes coming up.  After I do the classes I have to intern at 1 of 4 places near me or try to get on at the IHS out paitent clinic.  Once I get that over with I can get licensed and work anyplace in NE as a counselor.  I am going to hold out for the IHS Drug/Booze Dependency Unit to be up and operational to get on with the Tribe/Gov't.  They are in the process of building it now right next to the new IHS hospital my moms works at!

 

5.  My garden is tilled and my onions planted.  I have to find my other seed to get the other cold weather seeds in, my herb garden needs one more tillign and then I can plant that, and Coltin's room is about done with the fixing of cracks so I can paint!

 

6.  Randy has been an ass lately so when he is home this week we will hash that out.

 

Over all life has been good.  I even wrote gwydionjim a letter while he is at boot camp.  He might even get another one here when I mail out the last of the kids' thank you cards for all their First Communion Presents!  Yes I make my kids do snail mail thank yous!

The Beginning of Me Plotting-In Progress!:D

 

Yes, January is the month of plotting for me.  In January alone I have LOTS of bdays.  My dad's, my sister's, my sister in laws (I really don't do anything for her), and Randy's.

 

Then comes Febuary, Randy's dad's bday (this year to be a bitch to him sending him a black laxitive forrest cake!:D) and our 9th ani.

 

Imbolg is at the start of Febuary.

 

Then we start honing in on my birthday and the end of School for hte kids.  I have plans to make thus the plotting!

 

Randy is actually in on the plotting this year.  He hasn't figured out how to plot with out my knowledge but that is okay.  He had me pick out thigh high leather boots last night.  Once I get him caught up on dental, vision, and doctor appointments.  And a set of new work boots, he is planning on getting me a set of boots.  I use to have a pair of thigh high leather boots before I married him and he wants me to have them again.  I tried explaining to him that A) I don't have anymore hoochie mamma clothes cause yay I dont' go out and B) the way to my heart is to by me camping gear, books, or sports equipment of what I am doing. 

 

I am happy he is trying to replace some of the items I lost or had to get rid of after we got married because of his ex wife.  But that isn't what I am plotting over!  I am plotting out camping trips!  Yes, it is January in the Midwest.  The high has been -6 lately and I am plotting and planning camping trips! 

 

Randy won't give me a yes or no on Memorial Day or Fourth of July weekend campign Trip so he is getting over ruled and told which one of those holidays this year he is taking off since he gets them both off this year if he so chooses.  Talked to my sister told her what I am doing.  She goes well I have to work Memorial Day but I am all for the plotting of Fourth of July.  Count me and my crew in.  Call mom and talk to her about getting Dad and Mom up there at the same time!  Oh and what about our Brother?  I said he is on his own this year cause A) he won't have any gear and I dont' have extra and B) if he is working with the same company Randy is he won't have them off till the following year.  My girl Bree is a lil disappointed she wants to go with us but Arjan won't have those two holidays off either this year unless the bosses say he is working with Randy and Randy has them off.  So I am plotting and getting things planned so I can tell Randy that Arjan is working with him over Fourth of July weekend so Bree and her crew can come with us!:D  The reason I am plotting early is that I have to have the camp ground spaces reserved on our favorite campground that we use to camp at as kids 90 days before that weekend!  I amnot shitting you.  That is the only bad thing about reservations.  You use to be able to go up to the campgrounds, get the spot you want, pay for the nights you wanted, and got it.  Now your stupid if you do that!  You might not get a spot.  And I want right by the lake this year!  So I will be marking my calender each month to remind me to reserve 4 possibly 5 camping spots for everyone for the Fourth of July weekend!

 

The kids and I will also be partaking in various tournies this year for taekwondo.  So tonight when we head back to taekwondo I will be asking our instructor for a list of tournies that our organization has on in the midwest.  We will make sure to hit our own school's tournie.  The tournie up in Sioux Falls that one of my cousin's goes to, and since I am not above driving out to Western NE we will hit a couple out that way.  Not to mention Omaha's and Lincolns.  My cousins' families hit the IA ones.  My ass said to hell with that and I will head south towards MO and Arkansas to some of the bigger ones.  Randy is perpared for that.

 

Randy also gets a full week of VK off as of March this year.  He likes to go on VK in June and such cause of his light skin and the type of trips we go on are usually camping.  He doesn't like burning.  I told him to buck it up cause we aren't going anywhere in June besides around this area.  I am thinking either the Black Hills or heading out to WY to Yellowstone for the week.  I was invited to go up to the Black Hills with a friend and her family.  But some of the places we plan on going I if I go with her, I don't want my kids hiking that long each day just to get to some of her realitives living out in the sticks.  About April, I will start plotting and planning a week long camping trip to either Black Hills or Yellowstone for either middle to end of July or early August before the kids go back to school. Randy said to lay in the SPF 60 sunblock for him!  Thank Gods the kids got enough of my skin tone that I can get away with SPF 20-30 for them!  I only wear about an SPF 4 to make Randy happy.

 

I am also plotting about a way to either buy my folks place when they retire this year and move or looking into a few other places that are for sale by owner closer to the city but still NOT in the city.  The one house Randy is interested in doesn't have a lot of yard and that is going to drive me farking batty but as he pointed out it gives us a place to start out with, fix it up a lil better, and then sell it for a better place.  So I am calling on that today after I get home from the doctors. 

 

I have a few other things up my sleeve but nothing can be put into action till I have some more bills paid off. 

 

I am off.  It is time for a cup of coffee, refeer a morning back to school fight with the kids, start the vechile up to warm up, and get ready for my stitches to come out today.  Hope you all have a great day!

Can the God who made Heaven and Earth hate?  Can God, who allowed his own innocent son to pay a bloodguilt debt for all mankind because he loved us so much...hate?

Yes.

He doesn't hate people. He hates what we do.  Please understand that.  He is GOD and he has standards and those standards are not nebulous. They are clearly stated.

arrogant eyes -- someone who sees others as inferior
lying tongue -- obviously, someone who spreads untruths on purpose
hands that shed innocent blood -- the key word here, I believe, is innocent
a heart that plots wicked schemes -- this is not even enacting the schemes...but just plotting them, taking the time to mull them over, to perhaps enjoy vengeful or disruptive thoughts... that is what the Lord hates
feet eager to run to evil -- ever felt that morbid curiosity to see what is "wrong?" Also those who are eager to find what is wrong, what is "not good."
a lying witness -- someone who, when asked, will lie about something or someone else. Often, this means for the advantage of the liar or the disadvantage of whoever or whatever is being testified against. Implies for a falsely-gained benefit for someone.
one who stirs up trouble among brothers -- someone who agitates brothers/friends/companions/a unified group.  This does not imply that telling the truth to people is agitation of brothers. What this is speaking to is that God hates that which causes dissension for the sake of dissension among people who are otherwise unified.

You will perhaps notice, that the first six things are not people so much as their actions.  "A lying witness" is a person, yes, but a person in a specific role.  God hates the act of a person who is lying. The last is something that the Lord detests.  That he finds despicable and that he doesn't want around him. 

Nowhere here does it say that God hates any specific group.  God's hatred in this passage is reserved for actions.

His love, though, he extends to people. And though he hates our actions, many times, he loves us dearly and will forgive us and cast our hated and detestable acts far from him, leaving us, his children, to feel the relief of reprieve.

Chapter Four:  Done!  Awkward tea party handled finally by ejecting most of the cast, leaving Hero and Heroine.  Irritation, anger, despair, and skin-on-skin (hand on forearm) to evoke memories of a passionate past...  Ah, I love my work.

Chapter Five:  Begun!  Delving into the mind of the Hopeful Hero, who is in love with my neglected Heroine.  He will appreciate the fine settings, though it torments him with his knowledge of how unworthy he is, etc.  Melodrama!  Ah, I still love my work...
