Alittle bit of COMMUNICATION would of been nice, but no I am the mean and rude one. Today is Friday so lets see if he pays, if its not paid for today, it will be offered to non winning bidders.

So how was your Halloween? Well ours was not what it was suppost to be, we did not go to the Haunted House, we did not go to the Corn Maze, yesterday we spent a total of 4 hours of our time fighting to get new phones through Verizon, alright here it goes I will tell the whole story, two and half months ago we got brand new blackberry phones that we were talked into, basicly the blackberry is the most expensive phone there is, we went into a verizon store to just look at getting new phones, well the sales lady talked us into two blackberry phones and not telling us the problems they have been having with blackberrys, nor what they are good and not good for, well they are good for business people who want to be able to work away from the office sending and receiving emailings, ect, all the sales person from what verizon told us is all she was thinking about is what kind of commision she gets on selling us the blackberry phone. Anyways!!!!! The blackberry phone has a 30 day return policy where if you dont like it, ect you can return it back to the store and get your money back, well after 30 days. approx 2 weeks after the 30 days they phones starting having issues, text messages not sending, inbox and the call-log deletes automaticly, running out of memory, just a bunch of issues that blackberry is fully aware of the issues and at this time no fix for them, the software version of the phone is 4.3 and there is however version 4.5 out, however it does not solve the issues, it creates more issues with more bugs, so Jeniece on Thursday called verizon because she was fed up, Verizon reformated her phone, so it got wipped out and she lost all her contacts, and everything eles she had on the phone, not that she lost her text messages or her call log because blackberry was doing it on its own. So verizon told her that this is just a quick fix so she can use the phone, it will stop the freezing, and allow her to send text (for now) but wont fix it for good, so she gave it a shot, well Thursday evening she was trying to send text messages to me and her dad and also receiving some text messages from her dad and they were not working what so ever, so she called verizon and once again known issue, no fix, so Friday she called the store the phones were bought on, the girl who sold us the phones was basicly calling Jeniece a lier, she told her what is happening and she kepy on saying over and over, I have a blackberry and I dont have those problems, and Jeniece was like look lady I am not talking about your issues, I am talking about your problems, we are talking about my problems I am having. So anyways she hung up on her, so she called customer service, told the lady what is happening, she was super nice and really wanted something to be done, so Jeniece got transfered to someone higher up, it could of been a manager or something. So she explained everything that is going on, that its not happening to just one of the phones, its happening to both the phones, and she was telling the guy that this is a big issue, we have been researching on the internet and this is a well known issue that these stupid phones are having, she does not want a replacement blackberry because it will just happen again a month down the road, she wants a phone that is going to work, do what we want, send and receiving text, we want a phone that is going to work or we are canceling our service, so the guy was awesome, he wanted to keep us as customers, so he said he is going to send us different phones, and Jeniece was like, thats awesome and all but I want to be able to go into verizon, play with the phones, pick out one of my choice, I dont want to wait for one to be send to me, so two hours on the phone with verizon the guy said I am documenting this is the notes, he said go into verizon and pick any phone of your choice and we will eat the cost, you will have to pay nothing, so we went to verizon, picked out the phones we want, another problem happen, the guy at the verizon store, said we cant let you do that, it does not work that way here at store level you will have to buy the phones, I stepped in and said NO read the notes, the guy we spoke to will be eatting the cost of the phones, he said pick out a phone we want and that he will take care of everything, he just kept on saying that is breaking company policy, there is no way these phones can leave the store untill they are paid for, so after two hours at the verizon store they just billed our account, and within minutes the guy from customer service credited our account. OKAY!!!! How friggen hard was that? The guy at the verizon store kept on going, this is breaking company policy, I can loose my job. Dude!!! print out the notes, do what the notes say, cover your ass, for something that shot of taken like a half hour took 2 hours. So we walked out with phones of our choice (which I wanted to go back to basic, nothing fancy, something that sends and receives calls and text messages. For the two phones that we got was almost 600 dollars, and we got to keep the blackberrys, they are expensive paperweights. So now that its 3 oclock, I had plans on going to the Haunted House, the Corn Maze, well that did not happen because I also wanted to go to my moms, so we went home, got something to eat and then headed back out again and went to my moms, showed her our new phones, Jeniece offered to get my mom a phone and put her on our plan because shes spending 40 dollars a month and using 1 minute, and it only cost us 9.99 to add another phone, so we got her a phone, put her on our plan and now she only has to pay 10 dollars just to have a cell phone incase she needs it. Best Buy pissed me off, we went to Best Buy for my moms cell phone, they are a 3rd Party Verizon Authorized dealer, well the guy should be fired, he was so scatter brain, and I was wondering if he kept on forgetting that he was helping us, he kept on going to this other guy who was buying a iPhone, im like dude, finish with us and then help that guy, then he kept on getting phone calls which caused him to stop helping us. Okay now that took 30 minutes, should of took 10 minutes to add a 3rd line. So before went how we stopped to get something to eat, not fast food, a 'sit down restraunt' Red Robin (http://www.redrobin.com) we all ordered burgers, and when we ordered the guy who took the order asked how we wanted them cooked, we said well done, NO PINK so we get our meal, my mom takes a bite of hers, the beef was VERY PINK. Jeniece took a bite of hers, hers is VERY PINK, I took a bite of mine, PINK and still COLD, I was grossed out, we said something they took them back and put in a whole new order, ten minutes later he comes back new burgers, it seemed kind of funny when it only took 7 minutes from the time he took our uncooked nasty burgers and brought us new ones, so we tryed them, my mom took a bite of hers, hers was actually cooked this time, Jeniece took a bite of hers, still very pink and cold, I take a bite of mine, less pink but still COLD, OMG can they not get this friggen right, I know most people like their beef still mooing at them but we dont. I said something, and the manager came over to the table and said he is really sorry and that the meal was on him and he gave us a 30 dollar gift card. So that was yesterday. Okay today is a lazy day, im not doing anything.
