Parker & Waichman has filed a lawsuit Against Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. A 33 year old New York woman was diagnosed with Bilateral Pulmonary Embolism * sudden blockage in a lung artery, usually due to a blood clot* and Deep Venous Thrombosis * condition where a blood clot (Thrombus) forms within the deep vein system* after using Ortho Evra Birth Control Patch for two months.  In may of last year, she was taken to the emergency room of Hillside Hospital in Tennessee with shortness of breath, chest pains, tachycardia and hypoxemia. Tests revealed that she had been infected with the embolism and thrombosis. The woman was admitted to the hospital’s intensive care unit where she received treatment with a set of drugs she will most likely have to be on for the rest of her life!!! All of this because she thought it was safe to use the popular Ortho Evra patch.  In the November after the woman was diagnosed, Ortho McNeil and the FDA finally issued a warning the risk of blood clots and exposure to nearly 60% more estrogen than they would if they were taking a birth control pill with 35 micrograms of estrogen. If you have been exposed to the patch and are experiencing symptoms like shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, anxiety, chest pain, fainting and convulsionsseek immediate treatment.

I am really pumped from the training session. I think the weight loss patch can make me a lot of money.

 

I've never been motivated by money personally but I have a lot of things I would like to do for other people.

 

My husband would like to retire early, my son would like to produce a movie, Aaron Sidwell wants to

take his singing career to the next level and I'd like to help him get there. I'd like to open teen centers and Christian coffee houses.

 

I've been to lots of training sessions and motivational meetings in my life time. I mean LOTS!

This one really got me thinking differently. If I can help people lose weight and feel better and make money, that's a good thing.
