What happens when I'm given a paper placemat at a restaurant? I doodle of course!

Here is the result of a visit to one restaurant and the demise of one placemat's normalcy.


I was sick this past week so that would account for my lack of posts. :P

I smell pancakes but I'm the only one home....

I wish someone WAS making pancakes. For me.

So this morning I got a text message from Ellie at 5am. I woke up to the beeping at about 5:30am. I answered it and replied....turns out Ellie's extended family lives in Londonderry, NH....my old hometown. I lived there until I was 8. I thought that this was pretty cool!!! Which it sooo is!

Then I woke up for real at about 9:45am...had a craving for pancakes. So I made some...they were yummmmmmmmy!~!

After that I practiced my steel drum for about an hour. Now it's 11:11am

now I'm just chilling until I have to get dressed, drive to the CVG airport and pick up dad. His flight gets in at about 3:15pm....which means I have to leave at 2pm and I'll be back here around.......5 hopeully. I have to bid on those violins!!!


oh yeah...and it's 7/7/07 the luckest day of the year supposidly... lets see how lucky u get :)

Reality came crashing back this morning, my daughter asked for some breakfast and I had none of her favorites for her.  She asked for waffles.  I didn't have any premade, or any that I had made from scratch and frozen.  So, I told her I could make her some pancakes ( her favorite breakfast), but I couldn't even do that because I didn't have eggs.  The refrigerator is practically bare.  She has to eat cold cereal (she never eats cold cereal), and now I feel like a bad mom :(   My poor baby has to suffer because I was out all weekend with my friend.  Bad mom, bad mom!  At least I have what I need to make her favorite for lunch, peanut better and jelly, cause if I didn't have that then I'd have to turn in my MOM badge, and those are so hard to get back once it gets taken away. ;)
