I was on MSN today and I came across an article that talked about Pretty People Get Paid More? According to research by Daniel Hamermesh and Jeff Biddle published in the Journal of Labor Economics, they have found that the more attractive people in some businesses are getting paid at least 2,000 dollars more than less attractive people, oh and get this the "ugly" people as they put it, get paid the least like 6,000-8,000 dollars less than the average and beautiful people. Also it stated that attractive people get promotions easier with some businesses than the average or less attractive people. If you would like to read the article, here is the website:

So what do you think? Do you see this happening? Of course jobs such as modeling and acting, people need to look a certain way for the role or the job in order to "fit" the part, but doesn't this go a little too far? Let me know what you have seen!
